We couldn't recommend William H Brown enough the whole process was quick and professional, and they kept us informed all the way through. Our property sold within 10 days and fully completed within 10 weeks and this included the Christmas period so really only 8 weeks. All the staff who we had contact with always made sure we never had questions left unanswered.

Anyone looking for rentals - consider twice ! Turned up to a letting that had been totally mis-sold online. Photos were outdated and taken probrably 5-10 years ago. The building was run down, wooden beams falling apart, chipped and mouldy paint all over the place. The whole block smelt of urine, selling at same price point as other letting agents as they tried to palm it off as a ''prime location'' and sold the property as ''charming'' I'm struggling to see any charm in this property - see attached photos. The tennant wasn't even in for the viewing so we couldn't see inside, not that you'd want to, with the state of the exterior, terrible planning and communication from agents. If you are a full time working professional, I'd consider renting elsewhere as the standard of their properties seems to be significantly lower than others and the communication is lacking.
