Ok so all Estate Agents want to get your business but some come across so insincere and bamboozle you with information, but you don't ever get that with the staff at William H Brown. Recently had a valuation from Kelly Dawson at the Crystal Peaks office of WHB and she is genuinely a nice person, easy going and helpful but at the same time very professional and knows what she is talking about. She took her time to listen to what we wanted and gave her expert advice to help us in the right direction. We have used WHB in the past, again with Kelly and she was brilliant from start to finish, always at the end of the phone and happy to help whenever needed. Lovely service, thank you Kelly!

5 starts just isn’t enough. From my initial call into branch leaving my details for property alerts with Annette she could not have been more welcoming or helpful. We had been trying to purchase a property in Sheffield for just over 2 years. As we lived and worked out of the area it was seeming an impossible task arranging viewings, and I was close to giving up. Annette promised me she would find me something and she was true to her word. Within a matter of days of leaving my details with William H Brown Crystal Peaks we had a viewing & our offer accepted. They helped me every step of the way to ensure it ran as smoothly and quickly as possible. Mia kept me updated with all the details until the sale was handed over to Mel who was truly amazing. She really did go above & beyond. I was given regular updates, she chased anything I needed help with, and was always on the phone if I needed her. The most stressful part of our purchase was lack of updates from my own conveyancing team and poor communication. If it wasn’t for Mel I wouldn’t have known half of what was going on. Without fail she would ring me every week & check in, even if there was nothing new to report. They genuinely work so so hard for all parties in the chain, not just their own & it shows. Their service was amazing. Every member of staff I have had dealings with has genuinely gone above and beyond and made this situation so much easier for us. I cannot thank them enough and I would not hesitate to recommend them. We completed today & they really did help make all our dreams come true and I will be eternally grateful. I would not hesitate to recommend to future buyers or sellers they are such a wonderful team of people and our purchase would certainly not have ran as smoothly without them

Could not do enough for me. Sorry I’m very late with this review. But after selling out property we found a lovely house listed by William H Brown. We put in an offer and happy days, it was excepted. The team at Crystal Peaks went above and beyond to update us, contact the relevant legal teams and the sellers. They really did work for both sides and it was greatly appreciated. They certainly excelled over the estate agent we used for the sale of ours (don’t worry we will use you next time). As to why they got the chocolates and thank you gifts rather than our own estate agents. Thanks again!!

Remember Charlie's Angels... (the originals)! A telephone call, an assignment, and then the friendly professional ladies jump into action. The 3 ladies I dealt with when buying a house certainly did their job. Laurel was lovely during the viewings, informative and friendly. Maisie was polite, dealt with communication and e-mailed me quickly. And Beth. Beth is like Farrah Fawcett. She is superb. She telephoned me with regular progress updates, and gave gentle reminders if there were any delays, to ensure an efficient quality of service was maintained. Beth is very easy to liaise with, professional and friendly, and definitely on the ball. All 3 ladies have made it a pleasure to deal with this estate agents.

I recently had the misfortune of attempting to buy a property through the Crystal Peaks branch in Sheffield. The property was a shared ownership which wasn’t mentioned in the listing and I wasn’t informed of at the time and is now back up for sale and the advert STILL does not show this information which is misleading to buyers. Lois who I dealt with, apparently has more knowledge than a solicitor with 18 years experience of the various legal processes involved in buying a property so really should consider a career change. Instead of actually phoning the solicitor for updates she was far too busy ringing me to tell me my solicitor was useless and was doing everything wrong. I’d presume she was also having a lovely time forcing her completely and utterly wrong and slanderous opinions on the sellers of the property seeing as they stated unless we changed solicitor despite being mere days from completion they’d pull out of the sale which has now happened. Having emailed Lois a few weeks ago asking her not to contact me anymore after she’d again rang and told me my solicitor was useless then threatened that the sellers would pull out of the sale unless I told my solicitor that she wasn’t doing her job properly she continued to contact me, even using her personal mobile after I’d blocked the office number on my phone. I can honestly say the relief I feel that the sale has fallen through far outweighs the disappointment due to being constantly patronised, spoken to like I’m an idiot and being told my solicitor is useless at her job. The last few months have been hell having to attempt to deal with this woman who is unprofessional, rude, condescending and is totally and utterly wrong in her uninformed, unwanted and at times ridiculous opinions of the legal processes for purchasing a property and she has cost me time, money and my own health by doing so.
