FacebookI would NOT recommend using Whitehorne’s estate agents to sell a property or even buy a property they are selling. I have recently purchased a house sold by Whitehorne’s estate agents and they was nothing but rude and unhelpful. I can not believe how they treat us as buyers.

FacebookWhat a waste of time and effort Whitehornes Estate Agent are.Made a starting offer on a property (on behalf of my elderly mum-in-law), that had no offers.Whitehornes told us that the sellers were three executors so there would be some delay in getting responses to offers made. Fair enough.Having heard nothing for several days my partner went to Whitehornes office to provide proof of funds and chase the offer face to face.She was told another higher offer had just been received, still below valuation price.Went home, called Whitehornes back made a higher offer and was told lower offer had been already been accepted, still below valuation price.What happened to the delay with three executors now reduced to hours?Emailed company director (A.R.) asking him to explain lack of communication and why an estate agent would accept below valuation offer in early stages of bidding. Just defended his staffs actions and didn’t seem bothered about his companies’ loss of opportunity to make higher commission on the sale.Strange way of treating his client business, his clients customers and making money for his business. Will not be using or recommending Whitehornes again!

GoogleI would highly recommend Whitehornes Estate Agent. Customer service was excellent throughout the selling process, from marketing the property through to completion. Staff went out of their way on several occasions and I am extremely grateful for the advice and assistance I received.

GoogleRecently had to go through this estate agents to purchase a property and through out the entire process has been a nightmare. Unhelpful staff and would not recommend to sell or let. The day we were meant to get the keys some woman told us they had not received the money and was rude over the phone. Two minutes later I had an apologetic lady telling me everything was fine, when bidding for the house we had to call the estate agents as they are that disorganised they don't even call you when another offer has been made. Basically avoid and choose a better run estate agents rant over.

FacebookWhitehornes truly are world class! i live on the other side of the world and Whitehornes manage a property for me. We received notice that the tenant would be moving out and within hours the property was back on the market. Within days they had found a new tenant! The new tenant moved in the day after the previous one moved out! It was so quick and i didn't have to do a thing! Thank you!

GoogleJust recently bought my first home and I will definitely use these guys again! They helped me out even when they didn’t need to/wasn’t their job (such as info I needed for the solicitors) everyone I spoke to was lovely and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Thanks again ❤️

It's very fair to say I was not disappointed as they helped achieve beyond my asking price, handled all the viewings and any queries very professionally.
