GoogleA great place to live for students or professionals. Close proximity to both the university campus's aswell having the town centre on your doorstep for the likes of shopping, food, traveling ect. The apartments at Croft Buildings are all spacious, clean and well looked after. They have an exceptional maintenance team so everything gets sorted straight away. The staff are always willing to help you if need anything. Great location for a great price. 👍

GoogleGreat Company, Brad and George from the Maintenance team are always around if you need them (you very rarely will). Never had any issues at all and I'd highly recommend renting with Thornsett to anyone.

GoogleLies, lies everywhere. Were told we couldn't discuss amendments to the contract as the landlord would have to be contacted, when picking up our keys asked for landlords number and turns out they own all the properties. Had a broken hob for 6 months as they didn't come out to fix it. Tried to charge us £150 for clearing the basement despite never doing the work, they apply pressure for their income and seem to go missing when needed for work, I would go elsewhere.

GoogleTony has done everything we have requested for when we move into our new house. He has repainted the whole house, put new carpet down and refurbished both of our bathrooms so that they are modern and of good quality. It feels very homely.

Googleterrible communication in regards to a property to let. Not to use at all costs!!!
Sorry to hear that you are disappointed on missing out on one of our properties, which are extremely popular at this time of year. When we issue any contract it does state clearly: "Thank you for choosing Thornsett Properties, please sign the contract and pay the deposit (unless you are renewing) to secure the booking. Please note that the property booking is not finalised until all parties have signed." Our emails, text messages, WhatsApp messages are very clear and we also have automated reminders in place at each stage of the process. Wishing you all the best with your search for accommodation and sorry we could not assist you on this occasion.
