GoogleThornsett are great! When we’ve had any issues, the maintenance team have been so quick to sort it out. We even had some extras done for us such as a whole house re paint that wasn’t in our contract. The maintenance are also genuinely just a nice group of lads. Couldn't recommend Thornsett enough.

GoogleMaintenance team are great, very friendly and always respond really quickly! Sent in a maintenance request about our boiler and by the next day Brad & George had fitted a new one and were helpful in explaining everything. Definitely recommend :)

GoogleThornsett always provide great service. Called for a maintenance issue and George arrived within 15 minutes. He was very helpful and friendly despite us interrupting his bonfire night! Would recommend Thornsett to any student looking for good housing :)

GoogleBrad and George are very friendly and hardworking guys, they fitted a new garden with decking and grass in two weeks just in time for summer! they are always over within 1-2 days of submitting a maintenance form and they get the job done very quickly

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic. Engineer came out this morning and decided my oven needed replacing and just been back to replace it. Always quick to respond to enquiries or repairs and very professional and polite

GoogleI have been renting with Thornsett for nearly 5 years and that is partly to do with how well we have been treated as tenants. My partner and I feel that we receive a high quality service over the years and management are easily reachable and always happy to help and to answer our queries. The maintenance service with Thornsett is non like any we have experienced with previous rented properties - they respond usually within the day and polite and efficient whenever they have been to the property. Thanks to all at Thornsett!
