Having just finished a tenancy with Thornsett, I must say they are the best companies I have rented from in my time of being a student. Communication with the office and maintenance team quick and effective. Half-way through my tenancy, I was delightfully surprised with a whole renovation of my flat. Not only was I kept up to date with the progress of the renovations but I was shocked by the high standard of quality and finish these guys were able to achieve in a matter of weeks. This team of Brad, George and James are nothing short of miracle workers. 10/10 would recommend!

Me and my seven housemates have been renting with Thornsett Properties now for over 6 months. They have been absolutely excellent with us, which is really comforting when being away from home. Whenever we have problems wrong with our house, there is no doubt they will come the next day and fix it on a weekday. They also have a 24 hr maintenance line which is amazing if it is late at night and something goes wrong and no one knows what to do. I am so happy we are renting off of Thornsett properties!

I have been living at a property managed by Thornsett for the past 2 years. The company is the best in Sheffield and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a property. Thornsett are the best agency I’ve ever been with. There’s been many stupid mishaps in my house but maintenance are always there on call 24/7 to fix our issues (unlike unnamed competitors who my boyfriend is with who are absolutely useless and won’t even answer a call concerning an Alarm going off throughout the night). Thornsett really do tend to your every need and are always there to help! Thank you!

A great maintenance team are always very helpful and prompt with Thornsett. Special mention to the young lad George who came in multiple times in a week to help fix our boiler. He tried absolutely everything and worked tirelessly to help us out, never complaining. Got the job done perfectly despite a lot of damage. We're very thankful :)

I have been with Thornsett for three years because of how great they are. They are super quick with any maintenance required, from replacing the washing machine to bringing new furniture and are always super friendly and will answer any questions/problems.
