GoogleWow, where to even begin with Staves. The sudden passing of our father left us feeling overwhelmed by everything we had to get done, especially the sale of his house. Thanks to everyone at Staves one of the hardest times in our lives was made a little bit easier. Ben Willis was incredibly patient with me, even when I had 10+ questions each day he would answer anything I asked with patience and kindness. Ben also walked us through every process of the sale, and kept us very well informed at every twist and turn. GoogleOnly dealt with the team from a buyer's perspective but they (Ben, principally) were on the ball, quick to answer questions, leant in whenever was required, smoothed the inevitable wrinkles when they cropped up and really felt like honest arbiters in the whole process. Not sure we could have asked for more!!

GoogleThe more I think about this the more annoyed I get!!! I have cash waiting to buy a red squirrel property yet their customer service is NONEXISTENT. I’m surprised they can actually sell a house!! At this rate she u feel sorry for the sellers who chose and are being failed by them. I made a viewing appointment for them to try and cancel same day. The guy didn’t know anything about the house or lease rent service charge amount so I (capitals) had yo chase THEM 3 times! Each time saying they will get back to me. Ollie then called “we wondered where you were at with the property” UH HELLO! I’m waiting for you, I said I was quite annoyed 3 days had passed and no update was given - he said he had the information for me but he infact didn’t! Again bring told I’ll get a call back 3 weeks and I’m still waiting! It’s not even like it’s a fast time for property so sort it out guys. And apologies to your seller on the property and their next update for losing a sale.

GoogleAfter a big hold up due to Covid-19, I eventually completed the sale of my Mum's house last Friday. However, during the 7 months since the acceptance of an offer on the property, Matt, Rob and Ben have kept me in the loop with updates on progress or to just touch base if there has been nothing to report. They have answered my silly questions, responding promptly at all times in a friendly and professional manner. This company came recommended by family and I am so pleased I agreed to use their services - I cannot recommend them highly enough. I am not intending to move in the near future, but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thanks Guys.
