GoogleGail was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. She was my sellers estate agent, but made sure to check in with me, support with chasing my solicitors, ensure the process was as smooth as possible, and even supported myself and the seller when we had difficulties due to the solicitors. Can’t recommend enough!

GoogleI can't recommend this estate agents high enough! After the passing of my dad we needed valuations for the purpose of probate. We contacted a number of estate agents.. 1 made it quite clear they weren't interested in helping us, but this company was exactly the opposite ! They couldn't have been more kind and sympathetic, which means a lot at times like this. We were visited by Andy who was kind and very respectful of our situation and couldn't have been more helpful! Everyone from this company including office staff couldn't have been done any more for us and we will definitely be in contact with them again should we decide to sell the property. Thanks again guys

GoogleTo say that securing an exchange and completion date was tricky is an understatement- a massive understatement at that - however both Ben and Gail worked tirelessly and went over and above, sometimes in baffling situations others that just beggared belief. Through it all, Ben and Gail remained professional (whilst I did not) working non-stop to achieve deadlines that just kept changing! Not only can I not recommend Staves highly enough, I cannot thank them enough for making the sale of our new home possible. Forever grateful.

GoogleWe will definitely recommend Staves to friends and family in the future. Having both sold and bought through Staves - we had valuations from other agencies - the end to end service and experience was extremely warm and caring. Andy, who valued our property was warm and friendly, we came to a value that was good for us, suited the area and market. Then the team in the office from Rob and Ben to Teresa, Gail and Teagan, always being on hand to answer queries and pass on messages to Ben where required. The whole team made what was a stressful journey and broke down any barriers we encountered, helping us understand what was required each step of the way, right through to completion. If ever we look to move again, we would look to Staves as our first port of call.

GoogleI had a very good experience with Staves, I was buying a house through Gail Green, she forwarded any queries I had throughout the process and always got back to me via phone call straight away or whenever she had an update. The process for me was quite straight forward because the house had no chain but she does contact various people involved every few weeks so if you are in a chain she would be a great estate agent to have to keep things moving smoothly.
