GoogleClear they prioritise buying and selling over rental properties. Myself and my partner lived in a mouldy house and had to end our contract after 3.5 months when mould was under our mattress and on our clothes. Would not recommend to anyone.
Interesting review Danny. It should maybe read "thank you so much for helping us get out of our legally binding contract that we had arranged privately with a landlord we knew and for always being at the end of the phone, even on bank holidays and weekends after 9pm, for any issues we had". The landlord provided a dehumidifier, had the property professionally cleaned to help out, and cleared gutters just in case, and did everything to help where she could. We could have then gone on to explain how the full report from the damp specialist, that she also arranged, explained that the issue with the property was lifestyle based condensation and there have been no further issues since new tenants moved in. We do, however, wish you all the best in the future.

GoogleWe bought our house through Spencer's last year and although there were a few issues and delays along the way with the solicitors the staff at Spencer's helped us keep pushing them along until we got across the line. Will definitely be high on the list if we move in the future!
