GoogleHad great communications with Lizzie when the seller for our first time buy used Spencer’s, she helped chase both solicitors involved, explain the steps and keep us informed even though we weren’t their direct customers!

GoogleOf all the Estate Agents I have dealt with, Spencer have been the best. They seem to be agents with a social conscience - they don't have ridiculous fees for various random admin. A simple process for renting a property and actually really nice people to deal with. I would recommend them over anyone else in Sheffield.
