GoogleThis is the state of our rental property after Shefflets vetted our tenant and failed to notice the business that apparently supplied a reference didn't actually exist! Having raised this with them, they said they'd look into it and get back to me. No phone call. We're now left with thousands of pounds worth of damage and months of hassle to try and get it sorted. Avoid.

GoogleUnfortunately disappointed by poor communication. I had booked to see a house to rent, received confirmatory text (no details of sender) and then found out from looking on the internet on the day of the viewing that the property had already been let. On contacting the office, there were no details of my booking. Disappointing as we had struggled to find a convenient time to view and arranged other plans to enable this. I hope this was a one off error...

YellOver 10 Years of Outstanding Service
We have used Shefflets to let our portfolio of properties for over 10 years now and they have always been great to work with. Great value and properties are always tenanted very quickly. They are up to date with the latest legislation which are every changing and making it more difficult for agents and landlords so its nice to know I am in good hands.

Shefflets will let you pay for the things that were already broken before you moved in, and they will ignore your requests to fix their broken items that were present when you moved in. Avoid this agency.

Can’t thank the Sheffletts team enough for the last 12 months of me renting a lovely family home from them. Loved the house as soon as I saw it. Well looked after, clean and homely. Any issues I had were dealt with very professionally and promptly. I would highly recommend this agent and their lovely friendly, supportive team .
