GoogleLewis Hughes always gives good advice and extremely helpful. I have used him more than twice before and would highly recommend him. Louise the senior negotiator was fantastic with me giving good advice, very helpful and friendly whilst being professional. Would highly recommend.

GoogleI sold my house through Saxton Mee recently. All the people I dealt with were highly professional and very friendly. I was given excellent advice and service throughout. A special mention though for Louise Downs, who was superb and shepherded the sale through without a hitch, and with unfailing good humour!

GoogleA really excellent service. Janet who we dealt with us was incredibly helpful about all aspects of our purchase. She kept us informed on a weekly basis and gave us advice about when to book removal companies etc. In a difficult time she was a beacon of calmness and common sense.

GoogleNot even a current tenant/landlord with Saxton Mee but just wanted to post that they are incredibly lovely. I'm house hunting and the staff in the office have been informative, kind, understanding and helpful during an incredibly stressful time. Thank you. Fingers crossed my next home is with you guys!

GoogleWe recently sold our house through the Bannerdale Office of Saxton Mee. Louise, our negotiator and team did a great job from valuation through to completion. Despite turbulent economic times (!) we secured the asking price for the property and were kept fully informed along the way. Job well done!

GoogleUnorganised! As soon as they have your money, they don't like to hear from you, won't do anything for you, even though it's the people who rent who pay their wages and enable them to exists as a company. The customer service is terrible, they don't return calls or emails and then defend themselves when you try to ask them to get something done. Don't rent from Saxton Mee.

GoogleI rented a flat through Saxton Mee for 3 years. They are responsive, professional, and fixed any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. Having moved out now, I can happily say the end of tenancy process was also quick and fuss-free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent.

GoogleI'm writing both as a landlord and past tenant. The staff are very friendly and helpful, in over 1 year I didn't had any issues whatsoever. I've got plenty of support as a tenant, especially from Brad Butcher, who went above and beyond to solve any issues. If you're looking to let or rent a property, I'm highly recommending Banner Cross office!

GoogleMarketing a property when you live a long distance away can be difficult. Saxton Mee excelled in every aspect of the whole sale procedure. Louse Downs and the other staff were particularly helpful and cheery and kept in touch by email and phone through out the process. Great business.

GoogleThe lettings team were always very helpful, and were quick to arrange repairs with the landlord whenever we experienced problems. The assessors were very reasonable on issues of general wear and tear, and when we had problems with our moving company on departure, the team were very understanding we still received our full deposit back. Very happy with the service received.
