GoogleSaxton Mee has illegally nailed this sign to a tree and has no care for public wildlife

Thank you for your comments. Please be assured this was not the actions of Saxton Mee and we were as outraged and disgusted to find a Saxton Mee board nailed to a tree. Saxton Mee use a Third Party Sale Board erector and at no time did we instruct them to erect a sale board to be nailed to a tree nor would we ever do so. The board has been immediately removed and we have taken this up as a VERY SERIOUS matter with the Third Party we use to erect our boards and are extremely disappointed in their actions as it is a very professional company we use and would have thought better of their actions. As you can see from our other Google Reviews we are a professional company and work hard for our Google Reviews and had we been contacted directly we could have explained the situation to you and are extremely sorry and as angry as yourself about this situation. GoogleWe decided to go with a local agent to sell our house. We invited three companies in but got the best impression from Vanessa at Saxton Mee and from day one the service provided was excellent. We were really pleased with the photographs taken and the online brochure that was produced. The handling of the sale was managed brilliantly by Louise Downs nothing was ever too much trouble. The in house team are helpful and friendly and it all helps to reduce the stress of the process. Thank you all for help and support delivered in a professional manner.

GoogleNow that we’ve moved in and everything’s settled, I’d just like to say how impressed I was with Saxton Mee and in particular how much I appreciated Clare Acton’s efforts in relentlessly chasing up solicitors and other parties in what was a challenging sale. I’m not in any rush to buy and sell again, but if I did, I’d have no hesitation in using Saxton Mee.

Unlike other estate agents we’ve dealt with, Bronte (and others at saxton mee) were proactive, updating me about developments, managing the whole process calmly, efficiently and professionally. GoogleOn Friday 22nd May I completed on the sale of my house. In these very difficult times if it hadn't been for Saxton Mee's professionalism, determination and commitment the sale would not have gone. The house was valued by Saxton Mee at a price that would attract interest and within a few days we had an offer that we could accept and then the country was "locked down". Despite the "lock down" Saxton Mee worked "behind the scenes" and ensured that nothing would hold the sale up when the "lock down" was relaxed. Consequently my house must have been one of the first sales to go through. I have used Saxton Mee over the last 25 years and will continue to do so. I recommend them to you without reservation. GoogleMe and my partner have had the pleasure of dealing with this branch in our tenancy for the last 6 years. I can honestly say this has been the easiest tenancy I’ve ever had, the staff are so friendly and nice to deal with, always available and keep on top of any request we have made, which definitely included keeping on top of the landlord also. I would have no hesitation in recommending this branch of Saxton Mee to any friends or family, it really has been a great experience from start to finish.

All their staff and affiliates have been motivated, helpful and considerate and I believe they have provided substantial additional value and support over many fixed fee agent services that are now available. Achieving the agreed sale of my house in under 2 weeks has exceeded my expectations and it has been a pleasure to do business with them despite the inherent stresses involved with moving home. GoogleWe recently sold with Saxton Mee. I have sued a number of estate agents over the years and think this was probably the best. James who valued our house and secured our account was knowledgeable about the area and gave us a lot of confidence in the company. I have to say though it was Sarah McDonagh who acted as our sales negotiator who really sets this company apart. She was proactive, efficient, and extremely capable at every aspect of her job. Her calm competence and good counsel took the stress out of the experience and I would recommend the firm strongly based on my experience with her.

GoogleCath and Sandra were friendly and professional in the lettings dept at Saxton Mee. Sandra sorted out a number of repairs when things broke (faulty tap, wobbly light fitting). Overall v good.
