GoogleFrom my experience, too hard to get deposit back. I moved out a month ago, but I haven’t received my deposit back yet. I’ve tried sorting this out with Saxton Mee by sending numerous emails since the day I move out, but nothing has been resolved. I raised a ticket with the DPS to request a refund, but Saxton Mee didn’t respond to the DPS. Now, I have filed a complaint with the Property Ombudsman and Sheffield Council. Meanwhile, I am raising a statutory declaration through the DPS.

GoogleI cannot praise the team at Saxton Mee enough, especially Vanessa who valued the flat and Clare Acton as negotiator. I sold my father's flat, after his passing, and what could have been a stressful experience was made so smooth and simple by them. Their communication was exceptional and I would highly recommend them.

GoogleWe have bought and sold several properties over the years through Saxton Mee, I can honestly say the service received by both buying and selling has been second to none. They really do put their clients first, my last transaction was a sale through them and it was a very smooth and stress free sale. Bronte who dealt with this one was absolutely fantastic and James over looked everything which gave me full assurance that this is the only company I will use in future. The whole team is great and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you again 5 star

GoogleWe've recently bought, and sold, a house through Saxton Mee and would highly recommend them to anyone. Vanessa helped us achieve a good price for our property and helped us find somewhere to move - even showing us round on her day off. She's gone above and beyond at every single instance, reassured us when unexpected things have come up, and basically sorted them out for us..! Excellent communication and excellent service. We chose Saxton Mee on the basis of meeting her and it was the best decision!
