Saxton Mee have been the best estate agent I could have asked for. They have looked after my property in rentals , always there to help and found the best tenants. Sandra was always very professional and supportive. When I decided to sell the sales team took over. Olivia took on my property and was excellent every step of the way. She went above and beyond to attend to details and always returned calls and emails very promptly. She thought of everything to help the process proceed swiftly and smoothly, liasing with all parties where necessary. I can highly recommend both the letttings and sales teams at Banner Cross.

Selling both my parents houses over last two years has been reasonably straightforward thanks to the professionalism of Louise Downs at Saxton Mee. I would highly recommend this agent if you are looking to sell your property . From valuation which was excellent , through to marketing and photos and then negotiating best price for us I cannot fault the service . I am Very happy to recommend Saxton Mee . the final few weeks were quite tense but Louise was adept at liasing between me , buyers and solicitors to keep everyone informed and ensure sales went through.

My experience with Saxton Mee was very positive. Janet Stevenson handled my case well and was able to guide me through a very challenging process of selling my home in Millhouses. I lived in Scotland at the time and had to rely on her a lot during this process. I would also like to add that cultural representation was very important to me as I able to convey aspects of my journey with Janet without to explain certain things as was able to decode the cultural nuances. Recently sold our house in a couple of weeks with the Banner Cross branch. We were 100% impressed with the commitment of all the staff. Vanessa did the valuation and was absolutely correct in her assessment and extremely knowledgeable and professional. I'm writing this review as a buyer of a house for sale by Saxton Mee - in particular about our experience with Janet Stevenson. Janet was an absolute delight to deal with from going through the buying negotiations through to finally completing. She was always on top of everything and kept her cool and professionalism throughout, was always helpful to us guiding us through what needed doing and where everything was up to, even when we threw a bit of a curveball in due to a bit of disorganisation and inexperience on our part. I can't imagine what she was having to deal with from the vendors and yet she remained unflappable, which was really appreciated because we all know house buying and moving can be super stressful. Simply put having someone like Janet involved can only be a good thing!
