GoogleUnorganised! As soon as they have your money, they don't like to hear from you, won't do anything for you, even though it's the people who rent who pay their wages and enable them to exists as a company. The customer service is terrible, they don't return calls or emails and then defend themselves when you try to ask them to get something done. Don't rent from Saxton Mee.

GoogleI rented a flat through Saxton Mee for 3 years. They are responsive, professional, and fixed any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. Having moved out now, I can happily say the end of tenancy process was also quick and fuss-free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent.

GoogleI'm writing both as a landlord and past tenant. The staff are very friendly and helpful, in over 1 year I didn't had any issues whatsoever. I've got plenty of support as a tenant, especially from Brad Butcher, who went above and beyond to solve any issues. If you're looking to let or rent a property, I'm highly recommending Banner Cross office!

GoogleMarketing a property when you live a long distance away can be difficult. Saxton Mee excelled in every aspect of the whole sale procedure. Louse Downs and the other staff were particularly helpful and cheery and kept in touch by email and phone through out the process. Great business.

GoogleThe lettings team were always very helpful, and were quick to arrange repairs with the landlord whenever we experienced problems. The assessors were very reasonable on issues of general wear and tear, and when we had problems with our moving company on departure, the team were very understanding we still received our full deposit back. Very happy with the service received.
