GoogleI am incredibly disappointed in the service we received throughout the purchase of our property. We have exclusively liased with Denise and found her attitude towards us and the progression of our purchase offhand and her completely uninterested in providing even decent customer service. Every encounter has been hard and frustrating. There is no personality in the service we received and found her attitude over the phone and in person abrupt and outright rude. Picking up our keys was an absolute disaster with no communication between us and herself whatsoever. Resulting in a very stressful afternoon on what should have been a happy time in moving into our new home was ruined due to her uncaring and blasé attitude. I would never recommend this agent to anyone. Perhaps a re-evaluation on what constitutes decent service and a touch of compassion is needed.

I wanted to leave this review as I have been contacted by telephone, email and text for a conversation with the branch who have done all they could to put the situation right even though they had no association with it in the first place.
