I honestly can’t recommend Saxon Me Estate Agents enough. From the very start, Greg was brilliant when he came out to value my property professional, honest, and really easy to talk to. Denise handled everything else, with Shannon helping along the way too. and they were just amazing. I absolutely love how honest and down to earth they all are. I had to put my house back on the market after my first buyers pulled out, but both times it sold within just a few days of going live. They really do just get it they’re efficient, supportive, and genuinely have everyone’s best interests at heart. I laughed with them cried with them and I really wouldn’t have been able to get through this process without the girls 🤍 I even rang them for advice on the property I was buying (which wasn’t through them!), and they were so helpful and happy to guide me. Buying and selling hasn’t been an easy ride for us and it’s been a very long process but having them as our estate agent has made our journey a little easier. So I just want to say huge thank you to the whole team we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Saxon Me to anyone looking to buy or sell.

We recently sold our home with Saxton Mee Hillsborough. Everyone in the team who helped with our house sale was fantastic. We sold our home within nine days of being on the market. Unfortunately our first sale fell through, but the team managed to sell it again within nine days. They worked tirelesly to help ensure we received the best price possible for our home, kept us up to date with developments, and chased our buyers and solicitors when needed. Special thanks to the whole team but particularly Shannon, who went above and beyond for us. We would highly recommend Saxton Mee Hillsborough to anyone looking to sell their home. Fantastic service and worth every penny.

Honestly, I wish I could give 10 stars for the service from Saxton Mee Hillsborough. Shannon was absolutely wonderful; she was friendly, helpful and kept me updated at all times, but it didn't matter who I dealt with throughout - Denise, Tara, they were all brilliant. We chose Saxon Mee to sell our property in Hillsborough because they seemed easy to talk to and have a relaxed, pleasant approach about them. They came across as direct and honest with their advise and had good knowledge of the local market. They found a buyer very quickly and negotiated a price that we were very happy with. I cannot recommend Denise & her team enough. Unfortunately I had many bumps in the road with my sale/buy. None due to Saxon Mee, but yet they were the ones who helped me the most through them. Forever on the end of the phone when I needed them & going above & beyond when other areas of the sale/buy had let me down. I do find these day decent customer service is hard to come by. There's no personal touch, your just a name on a bit of paper but I can 100% say that this is not the case with these guys. I felt my interest & feelings were put first & they couldn't help enough. We would highly recommend using Saxton Mee. Oliver, Denise and the team are so professional, patient and go above and beyond what you would expect from an estate agent. Our house sale and onward purchase had bumps in the road along the way but Saxton Mee were always there to help to find a solution when things out of their control went wrong. My personal experience was fantastic. Oliver Priestley was the agenda we dealt with, and he was brilliant. Responded to queries very quickly, was polite and friendly, and really helped with the purchase of our house. We had a fair few issues with the seller's solicitors, and Oliver acted as a perfect middle man. Great selling experience. Staff at Saxton Mee, Hillsborough were fab when selling our home in summer 2020. Brochure photos were excellent. Accepted offer quickly. Where the value of a proper estate agent came into its own was driving the sale through to completion. Although the chain was short, without our agent driving the process the transactions would have dragged for everyone and the chain might have collapsed. We were kept well informed and, although completion took three months, were reassured that the agents were acting effectively for us to keep other parties on task.

Sold my house through SM. Don't advise using the solicitor they recommend though as they are useless. The photographer did a good job for the brochure. The guy who wrote the description for the property was a bit amateur. Had to correct him on features in the property description he'd written about which were incorrect.
