We invited several local agents to value our property, but Saxton Mee's was by far the most transparent and reasonable. They clearly take pride in marketing properties in their local area and that knowledge and enthusiasm came across at all stages. GoogleOUTSTANDING SERVICE - we recently sold our parent's house through the Hillsborough office. Selling a house at the best of times is a stressful business, but in this case, it was our parents much-loved family home for over 60 years. The help, support, updates & professionalism of Lewis and his colleague, Denise was impressive. My chosen method of communication was via email, so that I could pick up messages at a time that was convenient to me. The regularity of their communication was excellent - I was kept very much in 'the loop', which I greatly appreciated. The house sold within the week, and 2 months later, the house is now in the hands of its new owner. I was saddened to read (some) negative comments, which I don't rightly understand. Maybe their expectations were for something unachievable - I am sure stress and heightened emotions played a part in their negativity? Whatever the reason, I would (& have) recommended Saxton Mee Hillsborough to friends & colleagues. It is my 3rd time of dealing with Saxton Mee regarding a house sale and/or purchase and each time the same: good value for money and prompt, efficient service. Thank you to the team for your kindness and your help, it was very much appreciated.
