There were a number of aspects to the service Redbrik gave us during the process of our house move which are worthy of note. Because our first contact with the team during the valuation process had been so positive we always felt we could discuss any matters of concern with them and we visited the office on Glumangate, Chesterfield many times!! Staff were always positive, friendly and professional. A mention too for the agents who let us view so many properties and must have begun to wonder if we were ever going to make a decision!! They were positive, clear and knowledgeable each and every time - thank you. Ironically this did mean when we saw Lancelot Close for the first time we knew immediately it was the house for us and were delighted it was a Redbrik property.

GoogleI am in the process of purchasing a property through Redbrik New Homes. So far they have been great. They are friendly, respond promptly to emails and calls, and have kept me updated throughout. I have dealt mostly with Brad, he has been brilliant and so have the other members of the team. They also use the Street mobile app so you can conveniently track the status of the process. Based on my experience so far I would recommend them if you are looking to purchase a new home.

Amazing service and marketing. After our property was placed on the market, we accepted an offer after 1 week. Nikki was fabulous at the beginning of the process when we first started with the organisation of the photos and marketing the property. Kathryn was great throughout the process with providing great communication and helping with speaking to solicitors and seeing if there was anything that could be done. Through all this work, we were able to complete on the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home within 100 days! Couldn’t recommend enough!

I cannot recommend Redbrik, Chesterfield highly enough. They were recommended to me by a good friend who is an award-winning estate agent in another county. Jessica, Jake, and Andrew were all super efficient but, more importantly for us, they went above and beyond to be kind and encouraging when we were both mentally and physically at the end of our tether. We had been forced to sell our home of 30 years to stave off repossession - all due to suspected fraud by our own accountant! - so we needed to sell as quickly as possible. Hannah gave us great advice about setting a sensible sale price and knowing upfront exactly how much the estate agent and legal fees would be was a huge relief. I recommend Redbrik and their SecureMove to everyone.

We have recently sold a property with redbriks and wow I cannot fault them in anyway ,from the first time meeting them to discuss putting our home on the market they couldn't do enough to help .Tammy was amazing through out finding a buyer and Andrew the progression officer was fantastic throughout the whole process ,giving us advise , making sure everything ran smoothly and being on hand to support us in any way needed throughout ( It would have been alot more stressfull without him) .I'd recommend redbriks to anybody thinking of selling a property !

So here we are 3 months in our lovely new home.. Our selling/buying experience was challenging it say the least but we would never have got through it without the support from Redbrik. We cannot praise Holly and Grace enough.. both proved to be efficient and professional, guiding us through difficult and frustrating processes. There were many times along the way, especially when we faced further delays at Christmas, that we considered giving up. TrustpilotI am a buyer and am put off by these agent's
I am a buyer and am dissuaded from viewing anything offered by these estate agents. Their pack includes forms usually provided anyway by their solicitors at no extra charge. The searches would be an expense of the buyer but are better done at the appropriate time rather than the time that the property is marketed. The cost is a fraction of the Redbrik buyer's pack which seems like a money making tool, at the expense of the buyer.

Clayton was fantastic! We actively didn’t buy some of the houses we viewed because the agents weren’t impressing us but all that changed when we landed on Clayton’s listing! He was of American quality. He knew his stuff, he kept us informed, guided us through the process and just overall made us feel warm and fuzzy about the whole process. We bought a house Chesterfield, Holly Wheatley dealt with our purchase, of a house being sold by Redbrik, we were in a chain of 5 properties, it wasn't easy but Holly was absolutely brilliant at every stage. She coordinated and communicated with everyone, driving the process through. Nothing was too much trouble, if it wasn't for Holly I don't think it would have happened. She was professional and patient and very friendly. I would throughly recommend Holly and Redbrik if you are buying or selling a property

Terrible Experience with Redbrik Lettings - Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Untrustworthy No of Properties Managed :3 My experience with Redbrik Lettings at their Ecclesfield branch has been nothing short of frustrating. The communication throughout the entire process was dreadful. It was nearly impossible to get clear, accurate, or proper responses from their staff. The information I received was vague, inconsistent, and often incorrect, leading to unnecessary confusion and delays. What was even more concerning was the misleading information I was given when initially discussing taking on my properties. I was told certain things that were later proven to be false, and this occurred after I had already signed their terms of business. It felt like they were more focused on getting my properties under management than being transparent, which was both frustrating and disappointing. To make matters worse, Redbrik encouraged tenants to show up at the landlord’s door directly, without proper notice or communication. This not only demonstrated a lack of professionalism but was also a serious violation of privacy. The disregard for basic protocols left me feeling uncomfortable and exposed. However, the most significant issue was their complete failure to manage rent payments properly. There were countless instances where they failed to transfer or pay the rent on time, which caused significant stress and financial uncertainty. When I tried to resolve the issue, I was met with excuses and constant delays. When I attempted to escalate my concerns or inquire about a formal complaints process, I was informed there was no formal process in place, and the Lettings Manager was the only person I could speak to. This lack of accountability made me feel like my concerns were being completely dismissed. Things took an even stranger turn after I left negative feedback. I was unexpectedly contacted by the Lettings Managing Director, who asked me to list all my concerns in detail. This felt disingenuous, like a last-ditch effort to salvage their reputation rather than a sincere attempt to address my issues. It only further highlighted their lack of genuine interest in customer service until it was far too late. As if all this weren’t enough, I was subjected to rude and intimidating behavior from the staff when I tried to call them and chase for updates. Instead of taking responsibility, they acted as if I were at fault for their numerous failures. In summary, Redbrik Lettings’ Ecclesfield branch is completely unprofessional and unreliable. Their poor communication, misleading information, failure to handle rent payments, and overall lack of customer service make them a company to avoid at all costs. I would not trust them with my property or rental needs, and I strongly recommend others look elsewhere.

This repeated pattern is concerning and appears to be part of a broader attempt to portray your experience with Redbrik in an unduly negative light, which does not accurately reflect your overall relationship with us, especially considering your ongoing positive interactions with other departments within our business. After reading your initial review, our Lettings Director called you and offered an in-person meeting to discuss your concerns professionally and constructively. He also emailed you twice, requesting that you provide your complaint in writing and included a copy of our official complaints procedure. Unfortunately, you have declined these opportunities to meet with us or submit a formal complaint, and chose to continue posting negative reviews instead. We must also address some inaccuracies in your review. For example, we have never encouraged tenants to show up unannounced at your property. Your address (as prescribed by law) is listed on the Assured Tenancy Agreement, and any tenant contact with you has been initiated independently, likely due to their frustration. Additionally, as noted in our response to your earlier review, our communications have consistently been professional, and our advice regarding your legal obligations as a landlord is factual. We have written evidence supporting our position on these matters. We remain committed to providing a high service standard and resolving genuine issues. However, it is unfair that reviews containing factually incorrect information continue to be published without giving us the opportunity to fully address your concerns directly. The selling partnering Taylor&Emmet went very smoothly & efficiently. Andrew gave us a progression report every week which kept us in the loop.
