GoogleI found their service very good for sale of house. They were prompt and kept me well updated. Kathyrn Steele was very approachable and kept me updated. Their connection with Taylor Emmett lawyers also streamlined the sale process when an offer was made. Overall was very smooth sale of house.

GoogleI'd recommend Redbrik to anyone selling their house. The whole team were absolutely lovely, they kept us informed throughout the process and gave us advice when we asked for it. We were in very safe and competent hands all the way through what can be a stressful process.

GoogleRedbrik have been great to deal with, always very responsive, respectful and open to discussion on the best ways to tell sell your house. Having personally used them to buy our house and again to sell the house five years later, I can say from both sides of the fence I would recommend them. Likewise Taylor Emmett Solicitors who they recommend.

GoogleThe Redbrik team have been fantastic. Moving house can feel like a big deal, but from the initial chat at the valuation through to the regular check-ins, they made the whole process feel stress-free. They’re professional, passionate, and know the industry. The photos they took of our home were so good we actually wondered why we were moving at all! 😄 I should mention we’re in Rotherham and a little outside their usual patch, don’t let that put you off. They did a great job and we'd highly recommend them. Thank you!

GoogleMy experience with Ewe Move (Lettings) has unfortunately left a sour taste in my mouth for ever renting future properties again. When issues were raised, it took an unnessacery amount of time to be resolved (6+ months on some occasions). Some were never fixed in the 2 years we were at the property. It seemed unless it benefitted them in some way, we would always struggle to get quick responses. The offices are always closed, you never get through to the right person and have to put in so much effort to get anything done. Wouldnt reccomend 🙂
We appreciate your feedback, we always strive for the best in Customer Service. It's our aim to keep our clients happy. We understand you were a valued tenant customer for some time. We do find this review a little unfair as its a little out of our control as the letting agency, when damage is made to a property. We have to act on behalf of both parties. This is yourself and the Landlord. We unfortunately had many complaints from the management company regarding the noise from you a s a tenant, and Health and safety issues, regarding the sofa you had left in the corridor. Both of which are issues completely out of our hands. Unfortunately when a landlord gets a property back and notices that you had damaged the kitchen cabinets and left markings all over the walls, he has to repair this for the next tenant. All we ask is you leave the property as you found it. This unfortunately cost over £2300. This is what the Government scheme (The Tenancy Deposit Scheme) is for, and if you feel it unfair, it can be taken further with the government. This is put in place to protect you both and again is nothing to do with us as the agency. Also, we are always closed on a Sunday. Its a real shame that this review has ended up on our Google page, when in fact it was an issue with the landlord and yourself. GoogleWe cannot praise the Redbrik team enough and highly recommend them to deal with. Everyone is extremely professional and helpful, they always keep you up to date with what's going on with the property and provide feedback extremely promptly. They have just sold my Mother-in-Law's property for us in approximately 2 weeks, which is wonderful news. My main dealings were with Tammy and Lynn, who were so friendly and responsive to our questions. Well done Redbrik!

FacebookTHE best estate agents for selling! We have just sold a property with Redbrik and from start to finish, every member of their team and process have been absolutely fantastic. Valuation, photographer, office team to progression-every single person has been 5*, plus really personable and lovely. It takes a lot to impress us (there is so much mediocre/bad customer service out there!) but they have made the stressful experience of selling a positive experience. The whole teams attention to detail was brilliant. Professional, knowledgeable, excellent communication and patient. Nothing has been too much trouble. We used their Secure move and conveyancing package with Taylor&Emmet solicitors. They seem to have a good working relationship with T&E, which really helped keep the process on track. From start to finish, we completed in about 16ish weeks. A special mention to Jen who did our valuation and is lovely (who our friends are now selling with!) and Andrew in the progressions team who is absolutely worth his weight in gold and a complete asset to the Redbrik team. Can't thank the whole team enough. We would (and have!) absolutely recommend Redbrik for selling your property.

A bonus with Redbrik was that they had a database of people wanting to be on the estate where we were moving from so we had a very busy few days of viewings! GoogleWe sold our house with Redbrik after it being on the market for 3 weeks. Staff were great especially Emily Ward and always kept us updated of progress or even if things had come to a stand still. When our sellers pulled out and we were left without a house to buy they kept in touch to see if we had found anything. Our buyers were good enough to hang on until we decided to move out to let the sale go through. Redbrik liaised with our solicitors effectively and gave realistic timescales throughout the whole process. They also offered good advice on houses we were looking at offering on. Overall spot on.
