GoogleWe rent with the agency and although when we first signed on we never had any problems, since re-signing and staying on for another tenancy at the same property the agency have been naff. We didn’t receive any contact about the new tenancy until after it started, and the communication regarding deposits has been poor.

Hi Laura, Unfortunately, like a lot of Sheffield three of the lettings team were isolating last week. We have emailed and called you to discuss your requirements and would advised to phone any letting agent to book in a viewing for a property of interest. We are typically receiving 50+ email enquires plus phone calls meaning viewers are missing out due to properties having multiple applications from the first round of viewings.
