Initially, nothing short of a shocking service from Haybrooks, however, once Sam was made aware and took over the management of my property he has been absolutely fantastic. So o viewed this house only on video, accepted to take it. The process was really long, but not because of Haybrook, my employer delayed in responding to the reference, during this period, I was really pushing for alternative, but Haybrooks and the referencing company remained professional. What I see here is while they look out for the property owner, they also looked out for me. Bradley was amazing, polite, friendly, and transparent. He practically made it possible for me to get this house and I am grateful to him. Truth is, for now, I strongly recommend Haybrook, if anything change, I will update. For now, they have my 5stars

Terrible Management As a fellow business owner, I do not like leaving negative reviews like this as I know how damaging they can be. However, I have been left with little choice as the lettings company barely acknowledges my existence, despite the fact I have been paying for a "fully managed" service for the past few years. I echo what many other reviewers have said. Nothing gets done unless you chase and chase. They have got me in trouble with my tenants and the local council for failing to manage the property as they should. Staff continually leave and there is never a hand-over it seems. Phones and emails are very rarely answered. I could go on but I have wasted far too much time with this company already. Suffice to say, if you are thinking of giving them your hard-earned money, I would seriously think again....

Chloe is a fantastic human with a great soul. We met her at a viewing venue, and we could tell from Chloe’s interaction with us that she understood our situation and ready to offer bespoke service to meet our needs. The UK system is full of straight-jacket boxes you have to fit into. After being in the doldrums of letting With local estate agents, who seemingly are unable to cope with the changing market and its new laws and regulation. I decided to speak to Haybrook Estate agents and was introduced to Sharon Owen. As a business they have given a local contact and have local offices. Together we drew up a plan of my expectations and Sharon advised on how I could improve my rental yield with some simple renovations. After 6 months of working with Sharon I cannot recommend her and the people she works with enough. Her enthusiasm, communication and passion for her job is outstanding. She has been there via phone, txt or email at all hours of the day and night. Her team are available at weekends and actually resolve problems and implement strategies to take care of any problem a tenant has. So to sum up, if you think the rental market is at the end of the road and you want to sell and get out, don’t do anything until you talk to Sharon and her team. They will help and they will turn things around for you, just as they have done for me.

The worst experience ever in the UK! I rented with Haybrook and ended my tenancy in mid-August. Since then, I’ve been chasing my 5-week deposit and 10 days’ rent, and I’m still waiting. Their staff are so tricky and not trustworthy, they keep making promises that the money will come, but nothing happens. It feels like they’re just playing games with tenants. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend Haybrook to anyone. Please be careful if you’re thinking of renting through them, you’ll regret it like I do.

Haybrook have been great to work with, we have never been without tenants and they are very proactive at dealing with any issues that arise. Our property is in Sheffield and we are in London so we need attentive and efficient agents to manage the House on our behalf. A recent changeover was made easy with the team vetting and giving us a choice of two sets of tenants. Katie was great with this decision and we took her advice. Tom Aspinal took a very pragmatic approach to any minor fixes required and even getting our hedge cut and the garden gate replaced. We have had a leak in the roof and not only did Tom get us quotes, he challenged the quotes and got a reputable Checkatrade roofer to help. Not an easy task. Sending pictures of the roof report showed us what was wrong, what needed to be fixed and a recommendation of further work. Its great to work with someone calm in these circumstances and we really appreciate Tom going the extra mile! Highly recommended.

I would not recommend at all, 3 years, nothing but problems, they don't pick up the phone, the tenant could rent get through to them, so they contacted the council, costing me over 10.000gbp in 2023, when it could have been resolved when they picked up the phone, they improved more recently but, there organisation is all over the place, they are apart of heart lettings group. More recently things for better, but previously a nightmare
