GoogleI had the chance to quietly enjoy my property and had access to the services i needed. Megan Hodson was my designed agent and was professional and polite at all times. The downside: General extra fees are very high.

I’ve been so impressed with his service, he has gone above and beyond to help me out as a landlord when it’s come to resolving queries that I have had and has provided me with ongoing advice and assistance. I would most certainly recommend using him specifically if anyone ever needs assistance

GoogleReally good customer service from Dan. We had issues with communication regarding our boiler but Dan didn’t stop until it was sorted. He kept us up to date and contacted us if we needed to do anything extra. Thank you Dan

GoogleIf zero stars was possible that's the rating I would give. Over the last 12 months it has been a battle to get anyone to response and make repairs, renewal of fixed contracts etc, was basically non-existent. Emails are left unanswered, phone calls are terminated automatically. Basically any attempts to contact them is impossible. This resulted in involving council before any kind of repairs was forced through with multiple minor issues still pending. This is not just repairs its anything regarding Haybrook as a agent, including repairs, renewals, notice to vacant the property, no response and no acknowledgement. I DO NOT recommend anyone rent from them.

GoogleDaniel Scott has been fast, efficient, reliable and helpful. As an overseas landlord it has been well worth the fee. My Property has not been without a tenant for more than one week during the last 4-5 years!

GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with this agency. They asked me to pay deposit in advance , but after that they refused my application. This feels dishonest and unprofessional. I would not recommend them, as they did not handle the process transparently or fairly
