GoogleThis is the worst estate agents out there, do not use them. The house was an absolute tip when we moved in, they don't pay the bills so on 3 separate occasions we've had people come round to turn our electricity off, also because of their late payments and incompetence plusnet have cancelled our account so we have no Internet.

GoogleWhen raising an issue about the flat, Adam told me "if it was up to me I'd throw you out the window". Avoid like the plague. This guy need a slap the silly fker.

We are unaware of you ever being a Tennant of ours there is no record of a J stone of ever living in our property so we are led to believe this is a fake email as none pf our agents would do or say anything you had suggested please provide evidence you was a Tennant and provide the transcript you have suggested if this is true?

GooglePaid fees, they call us to go to sing the contract and 2 hours later they give the house to someone else by mistake. :(

Thank you for feedback but unfortunatley we cannot allow 11 people to live in a 4 bed house. Also you stated you apperently paid fees but after looking at our records no fees were ever taken from you. Also you filled the forms out over a week ago and only called in today? The records show the office never made a call to you to sign a contract so if evidence shows otherwise please provide so we can look into. We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with not been able to rent this property but all prespective tennats have to pass the vetting process.

GoogleAwful company.. Happy to tske money but VERY slow to refund. Basically no respect for students and treat then appallingly. Such a shame that students in Sheffield have such little choice and these charlatans can continue to exploit them. AVOID if at all possible

GoogleOne of the worst letting agencies I've ever been involved with. I wish I could create as many fake accounts for negative reviews as these guys do for positive reviews. Make sure to take photos of everything as they'll try to rip you off for your deposit. Charged us £170 including a professional clean when the house was left spotless. It's actually laughable.
