GoogleBooked a viewing and wasted a whole day travelling back and forth from Birmingham. The agent arrived 30 mins late. The flat they were showing looked nice in photos but it was horribly maintained. The toilet seat was cleaner than the sink. The horrible condition left limited room for other inquiries that I had, as I just wanted to get out of the property. This is not the agency's fault per se, but there was an aura of lack of professionalism and indifference. A simple effort from the agency would have ensured that the flat is in a better condition instead of wasting everyone's time. There seems to be some basics of the real estate business that are missed here.

GoogleI've been working with Hallam Hills for around 3 years and I will definitely recommend them to everyone. They show the same respect and quality to both their clients and partners which only shows how great the company is. Without a doubt a outstanding company!

GoogleVery worst service was given. We were told to come for a house viewing through message we also confirmed through call but when we saw the house it was already occupied and neither the agent didn't appear and they told that they didn't know about it and apologized. When we asked for the fairness since we all left our work and went for viewing they even cut the call.

GoogleHorrendous letting agency. No fire alarms or carbon monoxide detector in the house for a very long time. Boiler not been serviced and no bed frame. Keep getting fobbed off when calling to ask about the status of the problem and refusal to pay for the work as it’s ‘too expensive’. Wouldn’t normally leave a bad review but at the end of my tether with it. Would highly advise not letting from this agency.

GoogleI am writing this review exactly from the place I am renting from them, and honestly I am very impressed with their service. Pretty affordable, nice location, and not a single problem in this half a year that I am here so I would recommend them to everyone else looking for a place to be in even for a long term maybe.

GoogleWe have been extremely impressed by the professionalism shown by Hallam hills. It is still hard to believe that from a simple enquiry, a family who had no plans on moving for several more years, had bought and sold within one week.

GoogleAt the last moment, I found myself without an apartment reserved. I contacted this company and in a short time they found me two apartments that met all my requirements as a student. In addition to this company, I contacted another company, but only they responded to me. I am grateful to Jonathon for helping me and being patient with me.
