GoogleWhen dealing with outstanding charges they seemed to not have any clue how to deal with them. Some aspects of our bills started later than promised meaning paying full price for services that we did not have installed (Wifi). As a tentant it seems we had to chase up these mistakes rather than the letting agency doing so themselves. Very poor

GoogleTerrible, dont bring your business here, not as a seller nor a buyer. I was interested in a property, and the selling agent was not skilled in customer service whatsoever. He refused any form of negotiation, hung up on me and tried to rush me in making the purchase; all of which made me very uncomfortable and understandably so.

FacebookGoing to have to take legal action to get my deposit back. Agreed a sum but no payment and now just ignoring my emails. Would strongly recommend not using this agent or if you are in contract currently, deducting your deposit from your final rent payment to save you the hassle of having to get it back through the courts.

GoogleWill not respond throughout tenancy about issues regarding the property, then charge you for a ‘deep clean’ at the end, using photos of things that were already damaged when you moved in.. don’t use.

GoogleAll the staff, bar Mr Wong are always super rude. They're also constantly ignoring our emails and having to go back to see them in person several times before they finally do take action on house problems. Also we keep getting random fines for no reason which they've confirmed we don't have to pay.
