GoogleAlmost 4 months since I moved out of the house and I still haven’t got my deposit back (the contract stated it’ll be repaid within 3 months). They’ll reply to your email and calls once a week and not get back to you until you chase them down. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Outstanding acceptional services when ever a issue occured the maintenance team where always there to reslove it the head office where available 24 hours staff where very professional and fast in dealing with the issue from what i see theres alot of jealous people / agents not wanting a small independent agent suceed !

GoogleHonestly... the worse letting agent under the sun! They never pay the bills, they are continously breaking contract and they neglected basic safety checks thet put our lives in danger! But they neglect to change or resolve anything. At best incompetent, at worst scammers

GoogleAvoid using this estate agents if at all possible. Above average fees, poor quality of service, failure to pass on messages to landlord, and delays in returning deposits while they added false expenses without the landlord's agreement all factored into what was a depressing association with this estate agent.
