Absolutely blown away by how swift and easy Emma from Dove made the entire lettings process. Neither me or my flatmate have much experience in renting, and Emma very clearly and helpfully guided us through the process, addressing any questions we had in a timely manor Emma also assisted us in agreeing a slightly delayed date for the tenancy start with the landlord to be more time appropriate, which we greatly appreciate At no point in the lettings process were we given any confusing or overly onerous paperwork, and everything from organising a viewing to signing the final documents was incredibly smooth Hats off to Dove, would strongly recommend to anyone

Wow, Wow, Wow - that in short sums up how I feel about Dove Properties as a student letting agent! This is my forth year now with Dove and each year I experience the same thought of 'oh my I am glad I stayed with Dove for another year!'. The service the team at Dove provides is of the highest standard. The team are always there to help you in anyway they can and are also readily available to answer any questions you may have whether that be over the phone, via email or if you were pop into their office. Jodi and Emma are two members of staff at Dove with whom I have worked very closely with during my time renting with Dove. I could not have wished to work with two better people, with them both always going the extra mile to help accommodate my personal circumstances and ensure that I was able to secure a property which met my needs and specifications but most importantly one that I would feel happy living in. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Dove during my time at university and would without a single doubt recommend them to all students living and studying in Sheffield!
