I have never had any business with this company and after being contacted by a few people pointing out my name has been used (potentially because they know of me being a racing driver) i feel the review further down the page should be flagged by as many people as possible. As for the review stating 'my child' i am not aware of a child of my own... my only baby of mine is the race car

GoogleI have worked for Dove Properties (along with other companies) in the capacity as a Maintenance Contractor for the last 8 years, I can honestly say that Dove is the best company I have had the pleasure to work for. All the staff are friendly, polite and professional, the management are always willing to listen to new ideas and suggestions on how to improve their properties. They are quick to respond to tenants maintenance requests and to any queries I may have whilst on site.

An example of outstanding customer service was recently displayed, which lead me to leave this review when the front door of the property would not open on New Year's day! Dove had arranged a locksmith to be at the property within an hour of the message being sent and the door was fixed within 2 hours. We would like to thank Dove, and Mark for the responsiveness and efficacy when dealing with the situation at such short notice and on a difficult day.

GoogleGreat Service. Customer service was excellent. They were very helpful all through the year at making sure the tenants knew what we had to do in terms of looking after the house/ making sure all necessary services were dealt with correctly. They were reasonably prompt at dealing with any problems with the house. Two problems during our tenancy was that (1) one of my flatmates had to deal with damp in his room, however dove were careful to make sure this was dealt with and (2). My window got stuck in my room, and this took a long time to fix because they checked the wrong room for the broken window (this was partially my fault for describing badly which room had a broken window).
