FacebookI have recently enquired and arranged a viewing of a property with Dove properties and the customer service was great! The staff were friendly and extremely helpful and they made it difficult for me to look elsewhere because I could tell they would be a pleasure to rent with. Would highly recommend their services.

GoogleAs Landlords we receive excellent support both in securing tenants and especially with the maintenance side of things. Sarah in the maintenance team has been fantastic in overseeing our insurance claim and repairs following a water leak from the flat above. Dove give holistic support and I recommend them to you!

My experience has been 100% positive - their staff are friendly, highly responsive to their tenants needs and are always available to take calls unlike many other letting agents. GoogleStaff have been very helpful in terms of moving in and maintenance of the house. Very quick response time and also very helpful. Would definitely recommend. Also got the deposit back after 4 years with no problem, a really positive experience.

GoogleThis is quite possibly the worst student landlord in existence. They have continuously broken laws turning up at the property without providing any notice. They have also charged us over £1000 from our deposit which they used to fully refurb the kitchen, regardless of the fact that it was in pristine condition and was refurbished the summer before we moved in. They claim to have replaced 2 sinks, 2 cooker tops and a work top when there was absolutely zero damage on any of these things. The flat was also cleaned to an extremely high standard, and yet we have been charged £200 as it wasn't up to "their stanards". Once again a clear example of a organisation taking advantage of students who they think won't dispute the claims. Unluckily for Dove we will be disputing this and we have numerous photos of the property from the start and end of the tenancy to prove that we are in the right.

Dear Akhil I can see that you have viewed properties with us. Please note we commence marketing for the next academic year in November of the previous year and as such many of our properties are reserved from November onwards. You began viewing properties with us in July and so at this time of year there are very few properties left on the market. I am sorry that none of these properties met with your requirements however you only viewed a small selection of our portfolio. We wish you the best of luck in securing a suitable property. GoogleDove's have managed my property for the past 6 years, including managing a recent refurbishment, and I cannot say a bad word about them. Staff are highly efficient, professional and friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. All the stress is finally gone from being a student landlord!
