LIAM MURPHY BIGLEY - FRAUDSTER and BIAS. Do no business with Blunders as they will simply steal your money and ignore any complaints. We wanted our property to go on the market for a certain rent amount Liam completely ignored our request and did what he wanted!!! He was beyond RUDE, AND ARROGANT. Even I called to share that we were not happy is slammed the phone down on me and he's a Manager! When we asked for information about the tenants they did not provide the information on what they did for a living, we requested this over and over and then they moved the tenants in BEFORE we even fully agreed!!! Then to find the tenants couldn't even pay their rent after they moved in!!!!! RUN from this company they are Fraudsters and really just want your money. Shocking.

The team at this branch have worked tirelessly in these difficult times. They have kept me up to date constantly regarding the recent moving out of tenants to the completion on new tenants moving in. What has really impressed me is the speed at which they have worked to get new tenants into the empty property .... not only in full lockdown but over the christmas period as well - a one month turn around! wow!. I never normally write reviews however I felt I had to in this case. Me and my wife needed an apartment urgently due to personal circumstances in central Sheffield in lockdown. I applied for a certain apartment at West one Panorama and was assured this was the apartment in the pictures. We had to proceed without viewing due to lockdown measures and thought we could trust this company. How wrong we were. When I picked up the keys for the apartment it was in a completely different apartment block to what I was told it would be. It was also a much smaller apartment with a smaller balcony. This was despite confirming the apartment was the same as the website link and pictures. Also the apartment was a complete tip. It was completely uninhabitable with dirty clothes and bedding thrown around like someone was still living there. There was rotten food in the fridge and the apartment was disgusting. I have pictures attached to a review on a different website. I rung them immediately and wanted to come into the beach to discuss the problems. However I was locked out and told I couldn’t come in due to social distancing despite coming in to pick up the keys earlier ten minutes ago. I was then told I’d have to wait until Monday (This was on a Friday) to sort the problem out. Eventually with resistance the contract was terminated terminated the same day but not without them withholding £350 of my deposit despite being given the wrong apartment and that being uninhabitable at that. Furthermore, we were given conflicting information by staff several times such as being told by one person the original apartment we applied for was still available and then being told it has been let. I eventually got the rest of my deposit back after nearly three weeks but this took a lot of chasing up and further issues occurred trying to get my money back. I am thoroughly disappointed with this company and would not recommend them at all.

Needed to find a place to move into ASAP. Think the whole thing from start to finish took about 3 to 4 weeks. Called up about some properties responded quickly, emails were quick and prompt from Lydia and others at Blundells Centro. They were incredibly understanding when there was a delay in references from my work etc. They followed covid policies and guidelines. Issues have been met promptly. When I move on from my current place I will be looking to Blundells for a future property to rent or buy. Thank you Lydia and all the team at Blundells Centro

Blundells has really impressed me so far as a tenant, with their professionalism and smooth processes. I've rented with multiple agencies previously and none have been this thorough and supportive - Blundells have invested in platforms to streamline the moving in process, e.g. referencing, online inventories (really easy to use and upload any photos), setting up bills (Tili) and singing all the documentation in a COVID secure manner. Having just started a new job and relocated Blundells have made everything really easy and kept me incredibly well-informed throughout every step. Really friendly staff - and I can't thank Lydia enough for her help and support in my relocation. A property I was due to move into via another agency fell through the day before the move and as my situation was time sensitive, Lydia managed to help me source and collect the keys for a even nicer property via Blundells within 5 days (including the weekend. Life saver!) and has been really supportive throughout, offering me advice and getting back to my millions of emails very quickly. Thank you Lydia! :)

Really disappointed with the service provided by Blundells. Their communication and attention to detail need significant improvement. We’ve experienced a lot of frustrating and time-consuming back-and-forth email exchanges. The information provided is often unclear and misleading, leaving us confused and without proper guidance. REMARKS: The welcome gift we received upon moving in was molded and scrapped, clearly showing a lack of attention to detail and care for new tenant. This was quite a surprise!
