Extremely inhumane and no regard for people, have called the management several times for the repairs they've not done absolutely anything yet however I pay my rent on the due date first thing in the morning, due to some personal circumstances and the team kept pestering about it being an arrear, despite me paying the same day just not like 9 in the morning. Extremely rude staff who are not coordinated and have absolutely no idea what's going on. The worst experience as far as letting agencies go.

AVOID!!!!!! RUN AWAY!! It's the worst letting agency you can sign a contract with. At the beginning everything is nice and happy, but when you start having issues they are not helping at all and allow you living in poor conditions. I signed a contract with a property they had last July 2022 for 12 months. Unfortunately, in September 2022 I had some water leaks from the neighbour above. I reported to them and they "opened an investigation". As consequences of that the floor began to raise, some marks appeared in the walls and it appeared black mould. I was living in that situation until ending November when they sent a company to "fix" the mould problem; they just painted on top and few days later the black mould came again..... Nobody came to fix the walls or the floor and 2 weeks before my tenancy ends I received a phone call from the insurance company asking me for a video tour to evaluate the damages and come to fix the problems..... completely unacceptable. If you accept an advice, please see the following pictures and run away! PD; They will forward you to the review department and won't do anything!!!

My experience with this company has always been great but Millicent really takes it to another level. She has been so informative and helpful while being friendly and keeping us comfortable at the same time. She really is an asset to this company and if I ever need to deal with a lettings agency again it will be this one and I will be requesting her as she had me moved in within a week! Almost unheard of ! Saved me loads of time and hassle never dealt with anything like it !!
