As we write this review we have now been living in our new home for just under a week. It is our dream home by the sea. Over the last 6 months from valuation to completion it has been a roller coaster journey that we will never forget. We encountered major problems throughout this move (in fact one of the professionals involved told us us it was one of the most difficult moves they had ever known) We could never have got through it without the support of the staff at Haart in Sheerness. In particular Tracy who was absolutely outstanding and Pam the Mortgage Advisor who made this dream possible. We cannot praise them highly enough for everything they did for us. Take our advice and use Haart they are not like other Estate Agents they actually do care.

I recently enquired about properties marketed by Haart in Sheerness and asked if they could quickly pull together a viewing programme as I wasn’t local to the area and had limited time to visit. Kirsty was excellent and not only arranged all they viewing I had requested but escorted me around all the properties. Her drive, determination and enthusiasm were a joy to witness. She kept me constantly updated either by phone, text or email and all-in-all it was an outstanding experience and the best by far, even though I didn’t buy a property they were marketing in the end. Well done Haart and an even bigger well-done Kirsty.

We have used Haart estate agents again to find our sons new home. They have been fantastic in showing the right houses and to keep them on budget, the team are exceptional especially Tracey plamer who went above and beyond to assist in a smooth move and to keep us well informed with all aspects,also communication between buyers and sellers.shes lovely. We also used the mortgage adviser for (just mortgages) our mortgage. Pam freeman was extremely professional in all the advice to our son, at the same time extremely lovely and went beyond to help with a smooth transaction , if we needed any guidance and answers to any questions we didn't know she was always there to help, didn't matter when we phoned she always made sure she was available, as the same for Tracey. They are highly recommended they so deserve 5stars. If we ever move I know what estate agents we will always use and recommend to family and friends.

From the moment we walked into Haart Estate agents KIRSTY SETTLE was very helpful. I was with my daughter and grand daughter it was a very rainy day. She listened very keenly to all our needs and wrote all details down and kindly asked good questions. I found her kind it had been over 40 years since we had to buy a home so it was not easy. She asked various questions which we had not thought of. There was no rushing we were given time to think. Kirsty during all this was smiling and extremely pleasant. She introduced us to Jack who could (if needed) help with the finance details. Nothing was a problem she was entirely helpful. The weeks that followed Kirsty would phone up and check with us regarding properties that were for sale. We viewed some, on a weekly basis I would receive a call and Kirsty would be her cheerful self which made life so much easier. Kirsty is the Perfect example of an excellent sales person and the company should be very proud of her.

My Partner and I recently viewed a number of properties through Haart, everyone was very professional and friendly and could accommodate viewings at short notice. Jessica and the team gave us lots of brilliant advice. If you haven't yet secured your mortgage then I recommend using Jack, he made the process very simple and explained everything we needed to know and we even managed to get a much larger mortgage than I was able to by going online!
