Seriously avoid!!!!!! Avoid this estate agent if you are buying or selling. The agent that showed us around the property could not answer any questions we had about the house, all we got was she didn't know. Made no effort to find out. This is the approach she uses when trying to sell a house, so if you want an agent that works for you as a seller, avoid this place! The lady also made us feel like time wasters when discussing what we were looking for, was more interested in telling us about her social life. When we viewed a property for the second time, she had arranged for another couple to view ten minutes later without letting us know, which made the viewing very awkward. There was no professionalism showed at any point, there was a very unbothered attitude to the agent, to the point we felt like we were stopping her from finishing early that afternoon. Will never use this estate agent again.

Molly has been great at Haart Sheerness, can’t fault the service we’ve received and answered any questions we had. No query to big or small was dealt with from early morning to late in the evening we could contact her. We was updated along the way of selling our house and was sold subject to contract within about couple of months. Would highly recommend.

PLEASE SEE RECENT UPDATE BELOW 13/05/26 REASON FOR DROP OF STARS: Both Asha and Jess have gone far and beyond to help me and my partner in (not only) selling our property, but actually going out of their way (even out of their job description) to help us in pushing for our dream home! (Through another estate agent) It hasn’t gone unnoticed that I’m getting updates, information and advice from them during the day, after hours and even on their rightful days off. Myself and my partner are beyond grateful that these two ladies have stuck by our side through our highs and lows of selling my home and buying our dream house! We have found our dream home now and no intentions anytime to be leaving… But we have agreed that if we do, we will be going straight back to Haarts to find Asha and Jess! UPDATE: We may lose the house now due to wrong solicitors being allocated to buyers recommended by Haarts, according to sources, Haarts advised our buyer that we was using the same solicitors which would make the process go much quicker. (Unaware of this at the time) i was advised this on the 10th of April that new solicitors have been allocated due to not being made aware that the buyers were buying through a company… Although this was discussed previously when the offer was accepted (evidence is found) and no documents have been sent to the new solicitors needed for them to officially open the case. The chain now has a deadline of the 25th of May and as far as I am aware, the case is still yet to be opened by the new solicitors. I am angry, frustrated, myself and partner are beyond stressed at this point as I have now been advised by my solicitors as well as Haarts that the sale will be unlikely to happen now. Little communication from the previous sales progresser, especially after hearing about the change of solicitors. If we cannot meet this deadline I will be writing a formal complaint against Haarts.

From start to finish, the whole team were professional, proactive, and genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for me. Not the first one we’ve used Haart, purchased through them a couple years ago and they are such a great estate agents. I just want to say a massive thank you to Tracey Palmer at Heart Sheerness for regaining my trust in estate agents! She was a massive help in finding my first home as first time buyer. From the very start from looking for a house to the very end she was always there for support whether that be by telephone call, email or me coming into the office where she would sit me down reassure me and clarify things, she even helped me print out some paper work and went through this with me. I applied to "Just mortgages" who are situated in haart estate agents in Sheerness. I spoke with Jasmine Leigh who was very helpful and put me in contact with the right lender for me. The application was complex as I had six buy to lets to remortgage. Jasmine was helpful, knowledgeable, she gave me regular updates. As an experienced buy to let property developer, it is usually the case whereby I am constantly chasing up the remortgage and asking for an update, but my dealings with Just mortgages have been easy and stress free.
