After a really bad experience with another estate agent Nick, Abbie and all the staff at Haart reinstated my faith in estate agents. If anyone is looking to moving to Minster on Sea, then look no further. than haart Estate agents Sheerness. Nicholas Flower what a lovely man, so friendly and helpful, and his colleagues were always happy to help too. Nicholas was our estate agent. He took me and my husband around to have a look at a couple of properties, they were lovely but didn't tick the boxes. Then Nicholas pulled the cat out of the bag, and said I have a mystery house to show you. So me and my husband was excited to have a look, Nicholas took us to the mystery house. From the minute we pulled up outside the house, we got the wow factor, and when we stepped inside we had that instant feeling of me and husband living in it, and it certainly ticked all the boxes. We expressed to Nicholas we want house, so Nicholas worked hard day and night to ensure we got our dream home. It only took us 3 attempts to find our home by the sea, thankyou to Nicholas the whole experience with haart from start to finish was just incredible. If we had any queries, Nicholas was always quick to respond on the same day, we didn't have to wait days for a response. So now we have some packing to do and cannot wait to get the keys to our dream home in February next year. Our children will love it, and our 3 dogs will love their walks down to the beach every day. Thankyou so much Nicholas!

I’ve used Haart a few times now solely due to Jessica as I think she’s consistently the best in the business. Yet again Jess valued highest and achieved more than all the other agents who quoted but more than that is honest throughout the process and everything she does is to the benefit of the client. The sale this time was sensitive and both Jessica and Tracey dealt with everything professionally, relentlessly and sensitively and went over and above for us. As a team they are all passionate and driven and that is exactly what you need when you entrust people with what is a very stressful time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I have recently purchased my first time home with Haart and the whole process went as smoothly as possible. At the beginning I dealt with Jess and Abbie, they were brilliant helping with the viewing and dealing with the formal offer side of things. Kirsty then took over getting the completion sorted. As a first time buyer, it can often be daunting and have loads of questions, but Kirsty would respond promptly and put you at ease. She would often give me an update call out of the blue and also remind me of any documents I need to send over. Kirsty often reassured the seller that the sale was going as it should, which gave us the peace of mind needed at what should be a 'stressful time'. I couldn't thank Kirsty and her team at Haart anymore, they were all fantastic.

Despite many set backs and problems with our solicitors and those of the vendors, the one person that was at all times helpful, professional and reliable was Abbie.
