We put our flat up on the market just as the pandemic hit. Which meant being stuck in limbo for a long time. Whilst keeping an eye on the market for our future property Kirsty has been there every step of the way. She has been encouraging, supportive and professional. Going above and beyond and just generally making us feel looked after. We are now in the process of purchasing a property through Haart and she has continued to keep us up to date and check in with us. I met Abbie Riley on the 27th November last year when she showed me around a bungalow I was interested in. From the start she was extremely friendly and bubbly and really made you feel at ease with her. But I think the main thing that really stood out was that she cared She cared about you and also about the property I was viewing making sure it was right for me. It didnt stop there I put an offer in for the bungalow and the service I received from her was excellent. I can only say if the rest of your Staff are like Abbie then you are really lucky that you have a workforce like that to be proud of.. We recently moved to Minster on Sea on the Isle of Sheppey Haarts were the estate agents who acted for the gentleman whose bungalow we purchased It was an extremely stressful time and we were receiving no guidance or information from our own estate agents bearing in mind we had not moved in over 28 years and were unsure of the procedure or if the move would go ahead due to time constraints. Overall really satisfied with the experience I received with Haart Estate Agents in Sheerness. Despite a number of challenges with the sale of my house both Nick and Kirsty were fantastic; both going above and beyond to ensure a successful sale. it was also really evident throughout that they genuinely cared about me as a customer and tailored their service to meet my individual needs. Although I was unable to be local for most of the process Kirsty ensured that I was kept informed as the sale progressed, along with all other aspects associated with it. Can't fault them, in particular, Abbie Riley who was superb throughout the whole process. Things were hampered by lockdowns, and distances involved, but Abbie was never uncontactable, and always did that simplest (yet most important!) of things - called back. Abbie helped with everything from initial sale handling, to appointments, to emailing me a photograph of the electricity meter! Jess popped round as arranged when we visited Mum at home, was super patient and friendly, and Mum really took a shine to her.
