GoogleI visited Parmis and Louise today at the Shawlands branch to gain advice on letting my new flat and they couldn't have been more helpful. Their advice was really warm friendly and informative and I have left in such a positive frame of mind of renting. Thank you and I will be back soon

GoogleDecided to rent out my apartment, so popped in to Slater Hogg & Howson, met Skye and Louise who were very helpfull and convinced me I was doing the right thing. They then brought in Parmis who took control of the project and organised everything. The whole process went smoothly and quickly. Very professionally handled. GoogleExtremely happy with the service by Brooke and Mark from the Shawlands branch. Mark offered great advice on how to market the flat and Brooke kept me up to date with the process and viewings. Good communication throughout the process and very quick sale at a great price. Would highly recommend.

GoogleI cannot praise the team highly enough! Louise, Parmis and Skye have been outstanding. They have gone that extra mile to ensure we were successful in getting new tenants for our flat. GoogleLandlord using Countrywide to manage our property as out of country - we're fairly low maintenance clients, but when we have needed anything, they've been fairly sharp about it. I do like the fact you can email literally the last person who emailed you - phones aren't great for us due to international calling and timezones - and that person will get on it; you're not passed from pillar to post - props to Fruszina Balogh, Shannon McBride and Michael Gorman.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleHad a flat with these guys for 7 years. I'm a landlord. Every time there is a change in tenant there is hassle with the deposit - I ALWAYS end up loosing the whole lot. The team they employed recently to simply change over the hob unit in the kitchen was so bad I did it myself - it really wasn't that difficult a job, but when your paying you expect the job done by professionals. The tenant was fuming - quite rightly when I got to the property it had been left in such a dangerous state it was reportable to HSE. Always seems to be different people managing the let. Not sure why I pay them any management fee as it seems to get very difficult quickly to resolve anything in a timely manner. The more I journey with them the worse it gets. Currently looking for another agent...... any suggestions?
