GoogleLandlord using Countrywide to manage our property as out of country - we're fairly low maintenance clients, but when we have needed anything, they've been fairly sharp about it. I do like the fact you can email literally the last person who emailed you - phones aren't great for us due to international calling and timezones - and that person will get on it; you're not passed from pillar to post - props to Fruszina Balogh, Shannon McBride and Michael Gorman.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleHad a flat with these guys for 7 years. I'm a landlord. Every time there is a change in tenant there is hassle with the deposit - I ALWAYS end up loosing the whole lot. The team they employed recently to simply change over the hob unit in the kitchen was so bad I did it myself - it really wasn't that difficult a job, but when your paying you expect the job done by professionals. The tenant was fuming - quite rightly when I got to the property it had been left in such a dangerous state it was reportable to HSE. Always seems to be different people managing the let. Not sure why I pay them any management fee as it seems to get very difficult quickly to resolve anything in a timely manner. The more I journey with them the worse it gets. Currently looking for another agent...... any suggestions?

GoogleSelling your own property can be one of the most stressful times of your life. I cannot recommend the Shawlands team at Slater Hogg more highly. They are all so professional, understanding and highly efficient. Mark had my property on the market within days of our meeting, with high quality video and photos. Having Ellenor as my one contact was very reassuring. Communications and responsiveness was great and she put me at ease when I needed it. This was a personal sale but I have have been in the property game for 21 years in buy to let and dealt with many estate agents in that time, Slater Hogg impressed me more than any others. GoogleSlater Hogg were recommended by a friend as a Letting Agent for my first rental experience. Both Sharon and Leah at the Shawlands office have been excellent throughout. I knew very little about renting out a property at the start of the exercise, but they led me though every aspect efficiently and professionally. They are positive and enthusiastic and are great at keeping in touch with feedback from viewings and any questions I might have. Selling a property for the first time through so many changes with lockdowns and a pandemic could’ve been a challenge, but thanks to these guys I managed to find the best buyer within a couple of weeks! Eleanor in particular was really helpful with advice and contexts when things changed so fast and her advice was honest and insight driven which I really appreciated.
