Slater Hogg handled my home sale and everything was so smooth from beginning to end. Mark was helpful when carrying out his initial market appraisal. His knowledge of the market is top class and in the end the price I got for the sale was right at the top end of what he predicted. The team in the office - Sophie and Ellenor - were super friendly, helpful and efficient. They couldn't have done more throughout the viewing process. My property advert went live and within an hour I had viewings booked in. They gave great advice through the process and helped me achieve a quick sale at the price I had been hoping for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling their home.

I can't recommend the Shawlands team at SHH enough. Our main reason for choosing them is that they were very communicative and where other agents left us hanging or didn't respond for days, they were super quick and often preferred phone calls to emails which we appreciated - this level of communication continued throughout our whole time with them. They were incredibly positive and proactive throughout our whole selling experience and when we experienced some disappointments, they kept us motivated. Mark has a wealth of priceless knowledge which was of great help to us, Charlene was very communicative and friendly at all times, and Ellenor was a great source of support and advice throughout what can be a very stressful process! Would absolutely recommend and will be using them in future.

I used Slater Hogg & Howison Letting Agents to get a rental and they were absolutely amazing. I viewed the property, put in an interest and within 2 days they got back to me. I dealt with Skye McMillan who was really sweet to talk to but apart from that she was extremely patient with me. I had so many questions as I was moving to Scotland from England. The entire process was so smooth and Skye was always available to talk to via phone and email and was very prompt in her responses. Thank you Skye for the wonderful service provided. Collected my keys for my first flat today and have to say the staff at slater Hogg are second to none. Charlene and Ryan were so positive at the start of the progress when I first popped into the office to arrange a viewing and I was lucky enough to be passed to Semab their in house advisor to help secure a great mortgage deal. He gave me great advice for when offering at a closing date and helped keep me calm after I had my initial mortgage deal pulled. Finlay and Ellenor were terrific in keeping me updated from when I first put in an offer to concluding missives. Will definitely be back when it’s time to sell. Would give more than the 5 🌟 if i could!

After viewing a flat and submitting an application shortly thereafter, Skye was fantastic at keeping in touch to inform us of the application’s progress. USELESS AND INCOMPETENT Estate Agency..... travelled 1 hour to get to an house viewing.... nobody turned up at the property and when I called the Shawlands office I was told by the manager Skye that the viewings had been cancelled on the day. Nobody from Slater Hogg had phoned my phone or numbers that I had given to tell me of this cancellation.... even the manager Skye didn't bother with her attitude on the phone.... didn't show any sympathy with me travelling over an hour to get to the appointment, would recommend against using this USELESS company, I will take my business to other estate agencies in Shawlands from now on
