Shawlands branch They are nightmare . They don’t care extremely unprofessional. Had an appointment with them and after that no email no contact . They are not picking up calls for days . If don’t believe call there office . I have seen there staff chatting all day and laughing but not picking up calls . It’s a complete joke . Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Don’t waist your time with them you better go another property agent .

Slater Hogg were one of three estate agents that I arranged to value my two flats and I had what felt like a difficult choice in deciding who I would go with to market them. I'm very pleased with the decision I made to go with SH. I had initially felt that Mark was overplaying the valuations but had confidence that they knew the local market and would achieve the best price and they did not disappoint. Not only were both my flats sold quickly but they also met the valuation. I’m not one for leaving reviews, but I couldn’t fault my experience with Slater Hogg & Howison Shawlands branch and I thought I should put it in writing! The level of professionalism shown by this team is incredible. I would like to give a special mention to Mollie Cassidy and Ellenor Binnie who consistently provided top quality service. I was completely new to the world of property, and they demonstrated patience, experience and a depth of knowledge that was most welcome and valued. From start to finish, they communicated with me every step of the way. All of my questions were answered quickly, and nothing was too much trouble! Great service from start to finish. Brooke kept us up to date on everything and went above and beyond in generating the interest levels needed to maximise viewing numbers. We came to the market on a Tuesday and a closing date was set for the following Wednesday. Overwhelmed by the offers received and the speed of the sale.
