GoogleVery happy with the attentive service I received. After being successful with my application, Skye kept in touch and was very helpful on what the next steps were. It took only a week to get everything sorted and for keys to be handed over. Very impressed and would highly recommend Skye if you are looking to move and wish for it to be as smooth as possible.

GoogleThis was the 3rd time that I sought the support, expert advice and enthusiasm of Mark and once again I was not disappointed! Mark made a very difficult job, the sale of our family home, more bareable due to the trust we had in him to guide us to achieve the best deal possible! We sold in one week and with the compassionate Brooke there at the finishing line to deliver the news of so many offers and the highest bid, once again, as a team, they reminded me why I would highly recommend them! GoogleBrooke was fantastic as our estate agent. She always responded quickly to any enquiries. Brooke would always use her initiative, and as she had a really good relationship with everybody, she was able to get a lot of information and background information, often coming up with info that the lawyers should have provided and didn't. Brooke went above and beyond, and was great when sometimes I had a meltdown as I had difficult personal circumstances at the time. I was delighted when Brooke moved to another branch, because that meant I could use her services to sell my mother's house. Where she works, there are around 10 estate agents within a few yards, but it was because of my confidence in Brooke that I chose SHH for the sale. I was delighted that SHH offered viewings at no charge, and Brooke did not disappoint, offering her usual professional, and above all personally tailored service. I would recommend her to anyone looking to be steered through this stressful situation. Thanks again, Brooke.

GoogleI can't praise the team here enough. Finlay, Mark and Eleanor guided me through the selling process and took away a lot of the stress. They answered my (never-ending) questions and were giving of their time and expertise. All in the team here have been great! Very patient, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. GoogleCame here for mortgage advice as I had heard good things. They did not disappoint. I had some credit issues with my address being in the wrong order, this severely complicated me being able to apply for a mortgage. Scott Malcomson did everything in his power to help me with this, and in the end, I now own my dream flat! Going from not knowing anything to being a home owner is a daunting prospect, Scott and Slater Hogg made this process very educational, easy and dealt with me in a professional manner. GoogleShawlands branch told us they would help us with next steps about a tenant next door to us now they are saying they can't do anymore a member of staff who we thought was so nice to us was carrying false information to her boss on conversation we where having with her they only care about the money not about helping good people

You have made multiple complaints about the tenants conduct which have been noted and correctly passed on to the appropriate authorities who have incidentally advised they have no concerns and that there is no evidence of anti-social behaviour. Concerns, however, have been raised separately in regard to your conduct towards the tenants and comments made to our branch staff. Please note that this has also been noted on file. "Parmis" was dealing with my account and I found her courteous, friendly, professional and switched on to what my requirements were.
