Be aware that they recommend to the buyer's associated mortgage advisors and conveyancing company! I lost the first sale thanks to a DC Law solicitor. Selling for the second time, two months in and they are slowing the process thanks to their mortgage advisor. The buyer was told to wait with the mortgage application.If you are willing to loose time and money this agency is for you!

Dear Izabela ,Thank you for your review, of course we are disappointed to hear you feel Andrews haven’t lived up to your expectation. We have spoken to the branch who have advised that due to the property being leasehold and shared ownership, enquiries did take longer than anticipated and equally more information was needed than the typical transaction, but we do not feel what Jennifer Oaks was asking was un-reasonable. We understand your buyer has not proceeded to submit their mortgage application just yet, however this is due to the chain being in-complete and thus they wanted to hold off until then due to mortgage offers expiring within 3-6 months. Please rest assured, our Andrew’s mortgage advisor has no concerns on the mortgage application and is ready to submit it when we have complete chain and is confident on a quick turn-around. We also note the buyers have started the legal process and making good progress on this. Please liaise with the branch manager for further information.

We walked into APG ready to have a moan about the lack of response from one of the APG team following us viewing a property 4 days ago and having heard nothing despite 3 chasers from us. Instead Hayley arranged a 2nd viewing and, as no one else was available, said she would attend herself. Hayley has an excellent "can do" attitude and fully understands the meaning of customer service - a rare creature these days.

I've had Emma Mussert from Andrews Bear Flat taking care of things with my house purchase and I can hands down say I've never dealt with an agent as brilliant as her. She has been so helpful and puts so much effort into her work. Every Wednesday she has done 'check ins' with both parties and their respective solicitors which has kept the sale on track and made life so much easier. Often you can be left with no comms from Estate Agents and they're difficult to get hold of or just aren't really on the ball but not with Emma. If she's not running the place already she really should be. Superstar agent!

If you’re a second time buyer - don’t bother with them. They will string you along through to final bidding stage and use you as bait / push through first time buyers to their vendors and advise them that it’s the “Safest” option. They will hold you back until they can use your offer as competition. They will say things like “your offer is provisionally accepted by the buyer we have to wait until Monday just a heads up there may be an offer from a first time buyer coming on Monday”Zero empathy or even acknowledgment that you are trying to buy your family home.Their “mortgage broker “ is incredibly rude.

Andrews have been a fantastic estate agents! We have moved four times, and used them every time because they have been so great. We have been so impressed with how helpful, friendly and professional all of the staff members have always been. Their expertise and skill is always obvious too. Hamza from the Bear Flat branch has been particularly outstanding for the move we have just completed. A solicitor and estate agent from higher up our chain have been very weak, and Hamza has worked incredibly hard to fill the gap left by them.
