I cannot recommend Russell Clarke highly enough

I cannot recommend Russell Clark? Mortgage and Protection Adviser highly enough. I have used him several times over the last 5 years and on several of these occasions, the house purchases and the associated lending have been highly complex. Russell is so responsive and goes out of his way in order to help resolve issues and obtain what was needed in terms of mortgage and protection. I wouldn't go to anyone else and I cannot thank him enough.

Drew was extremely informative when helping me understand all the litigation and how to process works as I found t moving house to be quite overwhelming. I have worked with Marta Brzek, Mike Morris, Ella Light and Sam Harhat to help them with recruitment.We have helped them to find 3 candidates who are joining them and are all very happy to have been successful. Anisa at Andrews has been a great help throughout the process of setting up my tenancy as I moved to start a new job. Despite a few hiccups in viewings (through no fault of her own) she was accommodating and polite, and managed to sort things out. Family move...

We recently dealt with Zena and the team at Andrews in the Sevenoaks Branch who helped us relocate our family to Sevenoaks. The team were professional, polite and most importantly open and honest with us at all times where some other estate agents were not. This move involved a complicated chain which caused us some concern at times although Zena was always there to reassure us and provide the comfort we required. Ignored our calls & let us down!

I have been working really hard trying to find a property ro rent for my son & daughter. After finding a 2 bedroom home via Andrews I gave them a call.Spent time talking to the agent & being registered. Was informed on Monday 8th April we could view the property in question on Thursday 11th April at 11:30, however they would have to confirm with the landlord & would send a txt & email as soon it was booked in.My son booked the morning off work to prepare for the viewing. However we never received a txt or email, I then called Andrews twice on Wednesday 10th twice (morning & afternoon), both times getting an answer phone asking me to leave my name, number & reason for calling & someone would call me back. NOT at anytime did we receive a call back or an email, txt for the viewing. Andrews have completely let us down. How disrespectful & unprofessional Andrews have been to us. We have been treated terrible!

Appreciation of a good service

It started with the servicing of the yearly gas installations. I then reported two other problems to Andrews through Jenine Derbyshire I was amazed how she quickly and efficiently responded to my request. Within two days of reporting an engineer was sent to sort out the problems. I have lived in this house since 2005, I have many occasions waited for over a week to receive a service after reporting, I am glad for this efficient response, shows care for the client, this is professionalism at its best , thanks, Janine . I would also would like to appreciate the mannerisms and professionalism of the engineer from New Heating Ltd ,has been a delight to work with.
