The Lettings Team at Entwistle Green are very responsive, and professional. They promptly visited my property, took inventory, assisted in finding trusted traders for minor repairs required as I live miles away. They also diligently found tenants and although I was a bit indecisive about some tenants, the team were very polite and patient with me. I will always recommend them, particularly if you are a landlord who really doesn’t want the hassle of finding and managing tenants. You cannot go wrong by choosing Entwistle Green. I had a great experience using Entwistle Green Crosby . As a tenant looking to rent a property, I find a lot of letting agents are unresponsive and uninterested in returning calls/emails once they find out you want to rent instead of buy. The exception to this was Elise at Entwistle Green, she was friendly, professional and honest. She told us upfront about some issues with the property and she called me when she said she would. She was helpful if I had any questions and if she didn’t know the answer, she found out the correct information before calling me back. She made the process easy and it was the least stressful time I’ve had when looking to rent a property. So refreshing to deal with enthusiastic knowledgeable staff. Rachael was fantastic on the phone and left a great first impression. Poppy came to do the valuation and was really took time to discuss everything and again had the knowledge and was prepared fully. They put themselves out for viewings etc where others estate agents make little effort to accommodate a date a time you need. I will 100% be using these girls. Brilliant 👏

Would never use them again. Very nice people and all over you like a rash promising you the world at the outset. Rubbish as agents in general. They overpriced the house I was selling by 25% despite them being on a fixed fee and me saying I wanted a quick sale. Viewings kept being booked but the buyer wouldn't turn up. Lost a sale because the buyer disappeared. Almost the minute the sale was agreed they stopped communicating and left it to the conveyancers. Assumptions were made that viewings could happen whenever.
