Absolutely fantastic ! Katie is amazing 5***** She found us a house that ticked all our boxes and she literally did everything ! We needed a quick completion and Katie called and chased everyone up daily . We had a very difficult journey with a difficult conveyance team & genuinely believe that had it not been for Katie’s determination and persistently phoning and chasing we would of never completed on this purchase . Cannot recommend DDM highly enough. From Jamie coming round to chat and take the initial photos, to Kate managing the final details on completion day, they handled everything with professionalism, warmth, patience and efficiency. My main point of contact was Kate and she was genuinely fabulous and - I am convinced - held the entire sale together singlehanded. She (and by proxy the company as a whole) went beyond what I’d have expected in terms of providing advice and support. If I ever sell again (definitely not for a while…) I wouldn’t use anyone but DDM and I’d recommend them to anyone going on the market. Also, while their suggested market price for my house wasn’t the highest of the quotes I got, I feel sure it was the most realistic (and certainly wasn’t too low either). I think this was reflected in the fact that the house sold for asking price after fewer than 24 hours on the market. Never even got as far as putting my for-sale sign up! I don’t usually write reviews, but it feels warranted when 1) service is this good 2) selling your home is a massive thing and people’s experiences are genuinely useful.

Having recently gone through the process of buying my first home, I was hugely relieved to have been appointed Kelly at the Scunthorpe branch as my point of contact. Not only was she extremely patient with some of my often very naïve questions, but she was also very prompt with her telephone and email communications in keeping me up to speed with developments. Kelly's friendly, caring and understanding nature put me at great ease over the inevitable stresses that come about from buying a first home. Thanks to katie and natalie at ddm gainsborough for selling our property. This was a difficult sale with the property not being in the best condition and the location a remote village. However they managed to pull it off under very difficult circumstances. And they also achieved the asking price for the property. Well done to both of you. And good luck to the lovely family who are moving in today. Previously i also used DDM to rent my house out so i can recommend them to any purchaser/seller or landlord. Incompetent Staff looking at the reviews obviously home owners come way above tenants rights. The ordeal you have to go through to rent from these is shocking Credit checks . Guarantor . Work references. Fair enough. But not given the correct details all at the same ... Not interested in the fact that the tenant has worked 25 years and never missed a rent payment . One bad credit strike and was refused But took the holding deposit anyway. Weazles. Much better estate agents out there. You don't have to have any qualifications to be an estate agent..... which obviously shows. Estate agents . Not people agents
