Katie is by far the most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with in regards to renting houses. Having come from another Letting agents that shall remain nameless, we were really dubious about renting with anyone having had such a bad experience with the both the letting agents and the landlord. Katie has been extremely responsive, even getting back to us on weekends, she’s very personable and we couldn’t be happier! It’s nice to have complete trust in your letting agents and I’d definitely recommend Insight Lettings to everyone! The gentleman that showed us round the house (Vermont Close) (sorry I didn’t get your name!) was extremely friendly and we very much enjoyed listening to his anecdotes, especially the dog bite! Scary stuff! We couldn’t be happier with how every interaction has gone with any member of staff at Insight, they’re all lovely and we won’t go anywhere else now!

Cant fault the business they have been quick and efficient in getting the tenancy sorted for a property i am moving into. Macy one of their agents is absolutely wonderful so helpful and explained everything perfectly so i felt at ease. Everything has been done in a professional and respectable manner. Find a better lettings agency. Insight don't care about there tennants. I lived in a property with my wife for around two years and for the entirety there was mould in the house. We reported it several times and they initially did something but when it didn't work they gave up. We had an open drain in the garden which blocked. They told us to stick our arms in and unblock it ourselves. We also had an infestation of rats which came in through a hole on the outside. They chewed through our kitchen sink drain pipe and they told us to buy rat traps. Did they fix the pipe? Nope. We complained. Found another property, gave a month's notice and they still hadn't been to fix it by the time we emptied the property and moved out. So avoid Insight lettings. Let the ignorant scum bags go bust.

Avoid them at all costs

As a landlord, I have found this agency to be most problematic, lots of errors in their accounts, maintenance money being chased up when already paid, high turnover of staff means the records/emails get lost, not doing full background checks on prospective tenants (that is why tenants are processed really quickly) and ground rents unpaid, to the point that I received legal action and thousands lost on rent arrears and property damage. They were also quite underhand in their new contracts, in which I was never offered the choice of having a non-primary contract, I was only offered a primary contract at the point of a tenant moving in. This means I cannot change agents unless I evict a tenant as their terms of business (separate to the contract) treat the tenants as theirs. They never offered the alternative. Please be really careful dealing with this agency, I fully regret having anything to do with them.

Disgusting company. Currently renting one of their properties. Absolutely terrible for fixing issues. We have reported so many times about a mould and damp issue which just keeps getting ignored. Every time we call we are told they will look into it and call us back. Yet to have a call back. They have known about this issue since last october (2023) the most recent report being 14 weeks ago. The last few times we have rang up to chase what is going on we have been told that our housing manager has left the company and that the new manager doesnt know anything thats going on but will call back. 5 days later we have had to call them again and told the manager isnt in today. So will have to wait until monday. Lies after lies and nothing being done about the issue. We have had to throw away clothes, shoes, bags, cot, toys and so much more while living here. It is affecting all of our health and mental health to the point we might have to move but currently cannot afford. DO NOT rent from these people
