I had a difficult situation with a tenancy which involved careful engagement / a high degree of empathy for both my situation (as a landlords) and for the tenants. We were both in a difficult situation with no clear way forward. Phil K handled this with tremendous expertise - he was pragmatic, empathetic, clear, transparent and kept the ball rolling through what could have degenerated into a damaging face off with everyone losing. We now have a situation that is acceptable to all parties. Phil is a superb professional and his years of experience shone through - we wouldnt be in this position without his calm, pragmatic common sense approach to a difficult situation

Pathetically rude and racist. Spoke to Jay Molloy, he was most eid e person I spoke to. They tell who wrong procedure and priorities other and didn’t forward offer to landlord and when I mentioned to him and he found himself at fault he start scream at me rising voice. Poor customer service. Will never recommend to anyone., , , , , , , , , , Updated Jay Molloy, You can dispute anything. But reality cannot be changed. As you said that it’s raised to Google review, them please share all the calls recordings. World knows how to be just. Thanks

I’d like to leave a review for Megan. Megan has been phenomenal. We have been renting from insight for the last few years and our experience has been amazing. Whenever we have had an issue the team, in particular Megan has been so good to us. She is easy to contact and has been helpful in every aspect. Every issue we put forward, Megan helped resolve. Great service from Insight Lettings since day 1. The application, viewing, and move-in process were quick and simple. After move-in we required some urgent maintenance services and "Gina Brown" and her team provided those services as quickest as possible. Fast email responses from Gina Brown who has been brilliant with sorting the issues. I would also like to thanks here "Ben Maison" and "Anth Constable" who has done the maintenance work. Anth Constable and his team is very professional and did their job to its highest standard. We highly recommend Insightletting and their team!

If you are an existing or prospective tenant or a Landlord we aim to give you a World Class service whatever your Lettings requirements... is what it says on there website and on their social media! World class service????!! Far from this at all. I have rented a property from insight. Dealt with a few people that work for this company. Cant say it was world class service to begin with. Alright service if that is even acceptable? They will claw ANY money back from you as much as they can from the bond. One lady - Megan was very unprofessional on the phone who made many comments about the property who was very judgmental and insulting. If it wasn't for tenants going through Insight she wouldn't have a job. She needs to remember this :) Also they don't care about your mental health at all I found this out when dealing with Elaine another person who needs to receive customer service training along side with Megan. Stay clear people not worth the hassle of effect on your mental health what so ever.

I have several properties with Property Insight and honestly speaking had some ups and downs along the way. When Beverley Cooney took over the management of them, I have been thoroughly impressed with her promptness of communication, clear decisive action when dealing with a difficult tenant who at times gave her and Jackie a hard time. Can't rate them and their staff highly enough. Moving can be stressful but Jay and Leanne made the process as smooth as possible, offering support, help and knowledge each step when we needed it. Me and my mother viewed and applied for a house and a lovely gentlemen called Zach Forster helped us along the way. We had a few issues with the application but Zach always picked up the phone and helped us out and has went to the ends of the earth to get us into this house! Absolutely disgusting company, have tor export any problems to them and they apparently contact the owner if the property, if you don’t mind waiting months then you should be okay! (I don’t think they report everything to actual homeowner which makes the wait longer) But we have had so many problems in the two years being a tenant, environmental health were involved, occupational health, amd now solicitors. We have had no choice but to pay for different housing bit we are still going through court process with them. They left us with no heating for 6 days over Christmas 2024 with two children one was only just two year old, we all had to sleep on the sofa as we had an electric fire. DISGUSTING AVOID AVOID AVOID

Avoid this company. Daughter was promised house renovations would be finished before moving in. Given 2 days notice before moving in that work was not finished. When arrived to move in found house was filthy, plaster dust all over, grease and mold in oven, no decorating done, floor missing in dining room, dirty toilets, plaster and paint covering carpets. She has been chasing gthem for 6 weeks since moving in. Still no work done and just fobbed off each time call or email. Her property managers Gina and Cheryl totally useless, haven't helped resolve problem, just put obstacles in the way. Landlords and tenants please don't waste your time and money. You will regret it.

I live in London and I have property up in the North, and Insight Lettings have found a tenant for me and made the tenant move smoothly and its totally handsfree. Gemma Cowan is brilliant person that I dealt with while she managed the refurbishing the property and help finding the tenant for me.
