Undoubtedly the best letting agents in Scarborough. Having poor experiences with two other agents, we moved our business to be in the hands of this very professional team, headed by Leanne Prosser. The whole team have an excellent aproach and communicate well between parties. The most important thing for us, is that they are very respectful to the landlords preferences, giving us the confidence our property is going to be cared for and the tenants will be happy.

This organisation is an absolute shambles. As a buyer I found myself doing all the chasing, anybody would think they didn't want to sell properties. I only received any real attention when making an asking price offer. If you are thinking of selling your property with RJS Estates, don't! If you see a property for sale with RJS Estates, persuade the vendor to list elsewhere! Ralph fuels the poor reputation that estate agents in the UK have for dishonesty and malpractice. His lack of ability to pass information from vendor to seller astounds me. After all, estates agents are just glorified go-betweens and take a cut for doing what appears to be very little in this case. Evidence of this being the denial of an important telephone conversation between him and the vendor, despite me speaking with the vendor directly and him confirming it did take place. If this review saves at least one poor soul from the RJS Estates experience, I will consider it a success.

I am a disabled man in a electric power chair and i was looking for a ground floor flat which are hard to come by.i saw one advertised by hunters on there website which seemed ideal. i went to hunters on northway in scarborough to enquire about the flat. The minute i went in a very professional lady, who was the letting manager came to talk to me. She was so polite and we went to look at the property there and then,i liked the flat immediately. when we got back to the office, the lady got the ball rolling i asked so many questions but the lady answered them all with empathy and a smile. Thank you all at hunters for being so kind and professional at your jobs, always with a smile.always so helpful. Your help has been so much appreciated. kind regards. mike.
