Very rude. Mark was very rude in the phone. Then didn’t even turn up for the viewing. We waited 15 minutes in the rain. Called the office to be told he was on his way. No wonder they are not such a recognised estate agent!!! Further to your reply Mark. I rang your office and they told me the time our appointment was, and told me you were on route. So it seems your office staff can’t keep track of your appointments. A courtesy telephone call would have saved all the embarrassment. As we were stood out in the rain waiting. Maybe you should check your diary a little closer!!!

Ralph and Mark were extremely accommodating all the way through the lengthy sales process. Facilitated my requests to access the property on a weekend and answered my queries quickly. They supported solicitors and sellers queries which was really important to move the process on to completion.
